The customer service from front desk was immediately & consistently condescending, curt & unfriendly. We were on time, sober & respectful guests. Each of us felt incredibly cold & unprofessional vibes from the employees. We didn't spend nearly the $ we anticipated because of this experience. We immediately booked sessions with another shop.

Briana LeFlore is not only a smart and savvy business owner but one of the most talented tattoo artists I have ever been to. From the front door to the time you leave, it is a well organized operation with a truly positive and genuine atmosphere. All the artists in the shop build positive relationships and take the time to get to know their clientele and charge fair pricing for their time and artistry. I am all for supporting women in the industry and you will not find a better tattoo shop in Dallas!

Once you go to Lady Magnolia, you’ll never go to a different shop! My husband and I have gotten between 10-15 tattoos from Alden in the past year and she’s AMAZING. Every single tattoo exceeds expectations. Alden is a super genuine person that puts her heart into her art. 10/10 recommend.

Bri is definitely the tattoo artist to go to in the DFW! She does outstanding work and just blows it out of the water every time! I’ve been coming to her for couple years now and she’s never let me down! So I highly recommend going and checking out her new shop and I can’t forget about the badass team of artists and front desk girl she has working with her go check them out!

Homey shop, immediately felt comfortable when I walked in, paperwork was all online which I love, and maintained COVID safety guidelines! I booked a tattoo with Bri Flores a few months in advance, paid a very reasonable deposit, Bri made scheduling easy, and communicated clearly with me about the price before scheduling, which I extremely appreciated. Arriving at my appointment date, Bri was efficient and cleanly when setting up her station. She made sure I was comfortable before starting the tattoo, and continued to make sure throughout the process. She is extremely genuine, and anyone who gets a tattoo from her should feel lucky! She runs a professional small business, that generates a positive environment for all who enter! The price was very reasonable, Bri took her time and carefully made sure the lines were seamless, considering the tattoo appointment ran a bit longer than quoted (most likely due to placement of the tattoo), there was no surprise upcharges after. Healing process was the quickest from a tattoo I’ve personally ever had, which only took 4-5 days, with very little shedding of skin, no bruising, or itching, (everyone heals differently of course). I highly recommend this tattoo shop and will definitely be returning!

I will not let anyone but Bri tattoo me from this point forward! Shop is very welcoming. All the artists are so nice, clean, and professional. Hands down the experience I have ever had! I cannot wait to go back and have Bri tattoo me more! Lady Magnolia and all the artists inside are amazing.

I had the best experience at the shop. I’ve seen Bri and Alden before this shop, but this was my first time here. I came as a guest with the person being tattooed by Bri.
1) Molley at the front desk is warm, welcoming, and really funny.
2) EVERYONE who tattoos here is so nice. You don’t even get a hint of the typical tattoo shop smugness... let’s face it, it exists more now than ever
3) As a guest, non-paying customer this time, I was treated equally and not ignored... I’ve seen this too often. It makes the environment uncomfortable. It was the exact opposite at Lady Magnolia.
Basically, it’s a friendly, genuinely friendly, environment. I send everyone I know here!

Lady Magnolia is such a comfortable, welcoming place! I have never been to a tattoo shop where I feel so appreciated and welcomed. Both Bri and Alden are so kind and talented. Alden tattooed me, and the piece I got had such clean lines, vivid colors, and perfect placement. I can’t wait to return for more tattoos!
