Went to get my 6 year old daughters ears pierced. Pam helped us with everything. She made my daughter feel super cool and relaxed during the process and rewarded her for being a champ!

Went to this place to get a tattoo for me and my wife, 2 autographs from a band, one on my arm, one on hers.... Black, no color, very small tattoos that would've taken maybe 45 min for both.... the artist wanted to charge $350 for both tattoos.... we were from out of town and made a few phone calls to some friends that recommended another shop, got the work done for 120 total. Awesome work and really cool staff AT THE OTHER SHOP.

Chris Breland is a fantastic artist! Suffer City is clean, welcoming, calm, and the walls are covered with amazing images. The staff was pleasant and helpful and they have a really efficient Instagram scheduling system, so I had good information about timing. I had a general idea about what I wanted, and Chris helped interpret it in a unique and beautiful way. My image was a little larger so it took a couple hours - and the experience was as comfortable as possible, including good conversation and adjustment so I could stay warm. I was so happy with every part of it. I would highly recommend Suffer City to anyone!

Wouldn't ever go anywhere else, the owner is an amazing guy and after he did some work on my back and left the country he recommended Robert who has been just as amazing. Robert is spot on when it comes to EVERYTHING. The art of tattooing, cover ups, scarred tissue tattooing, and he's honest. Robert is awesome but everyone there has major talent.

Such rude artist well not even artist but such terrible service. Went in last week to ask about a tattoo, the front desk clerk was very nice and friendly, but when I talk to the tattoo men he keep finding excuses to not tattoo me. He insisted that he wasn’t going to ink my hands so I ask him about my tricep for a bible verse and he kept complaining how it would wrap around my whole tricep and just finding excuses to not ink me. If he didn’t want to ink me he could’ve just said so instead of complaining about this and that. Hopefully the next customer fits the description for his needs🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
