Jonah did an awesome little piece for me tonight, he was so kind and professional. He also drew up an amazing filler piece for my work in progress sleeve, I'll be coming back really soon for that one! This shop is super clean and has a good vibe to it. I also remember Brad did a tattoo for me a few years ago! I love Smilin Ricks :)

I went in March of 2020 to get a tattoo for my birthday. I didn’t make an appointment prior, but they made the process very fast and simple. I got my tattoo done in 20 minutes or so of being there (including all of the sign up information).
My artist was Dan, and he was very nice and made the process easy. It was very clean and in order.
My tattoo is fairly small, but has shading on it and it’s almost a year old and still look brand new!
Would recommend going here to get a tattoo!

I got my helix pierced by Jordan about a month ago and she used the wrong piercing jewelry which resulted in a piercing bump and Apparently she had used an eyebrow jewelry (went to another shop near my house who told me). Then prior to that I gotten my second lobe piercings by Jordan too at the time it seemed fine which is why I went back for my helix. But I recently found out I was pierced at a wrong angle which resulted ear infections in addition I didn’t even notice she also placed one of the piercings higher than the other. I tried to contact her about the issues but she just suggested I used tea tree to threat them which didn’t even help with the pain. Now I have taken all piercings out and waiting for them to heal. I don’t know if it was her off day but my friends piercings are perfectly fine for some reason when we got the exact same piercings.

Dallas is an amazing artist! His line work is so clean and my experience was so relaxed and comfortable. He's very easy to get along with and humble. I always recommend him to people who ask about my tattoo because he does an amazing job for a fair price. Talented and great guy all around !

My first time at Smilin' Ricks and I had an awesome experience with Katie C. She did a perfect little tattoo for me. Can't ask for more than that. I like the laid back atmosphere of the place, too. Can't speak about the other artists, but would highly recommend Katie! I'll definitely go back.

Lauren was the woman!!! She knocked out my husband's and mine in no time and they look amazing !!! Definitely would recommend anyone go there and get a piece done every artist there is definitely worth your money , body space , and time!!

We went in to get a very simple tattoo done. However, Dallas encouraged us to be unique and spice things up. After a ten minutes talk about like and interest Dallas had us two unique tattoos. He passed us to Shiloh and she got us done quickly and left us with a wonderful experience.

The place is fine and the people are fine. I kind of feel like I was talked into getting a larger tattoo than I wanted, but their reasons made sense at the time. Since my visit, seasoned tattoo-ees say they could have done what I asked, but I don't know. I don't hate it though, so I can't say it was a terrible experience. They were very clean and my tattoo healed nicely.
