DEFINITELY AVOID GETTING PIERCINGS HERE. The piercer with a ginger beard that pierced my nose and belly button was super rude and disrespectful when I was asking questions about the process while piercing my nose. He told me "just let me do my job and you do yours." He also claimed to be the best piercer in El Paso and my piercing fell out that same night. I returned the next day for assistance and he completely shut me out and said it wasn't his fault the piercing fell out. It was overall a horrible experience and I would highly recommend you go somewhere else like I did.

Really needs someone at the front desk. I waited for half an hour and was ignored the entire time. Walked in, and nobody even acknowledged my presence! A simple "we'll be right with you ma'am" would have been fine, but I didn't even get that. Waste of time! Work on your customer service skills!
