Ieva was very professional, she talked with me while doing that tattoo since it was my first one and I was anxious. She communicates well when discussing exactly what I wanted and answered all the questions I had about the aftercare. The environment is clean and the way the staff interacts with each other is a bit entertaining. I'm very satisfied with my tattoo. I definitely will be recommending this place to my friends.

Terrible customer service called in to get an estimate Robert was very friendly. Came in to get sized and estimate by tattoo artist Matt very rude no hospitality what so ever just careless. Trashed my tattoo artists work because I mention how much less I paid for it then the over price he was asking! He was trying to work with us but got and ugly attitude I understand bad days but the attitude was uncalled for! It could have been handled a lot better. I think that some of the artwork done by the artists there is amazing but I also think an artists or two needs to be humbled because telling a customer a tattoo they already have is bad and not good and that’s why it’s cheap is bs I’ve had multiple people ask for my tattoo artist to go to so just watch who you go to.

Got my first tattoo from Nadia, only thing I didn’t tip was because she had to ask another tattoo artist next to her if it was straight when she’s supposed to know. In the end it came out crooked

First off thank you Robert for giving me this amazing tattoo!! Now to the worst experience I've had with a tattoo artist. I had an appointment with Chuco that I had made two weeks in advance. I live 3 hours away and wanted to make sure I could get in. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited for 20 minutes. I texted him to make sure I had the right time and he proceeded to call the shop and told them to tell me he wasn't coming due to an injury. He was having another artist come in to tattoo me! Never let me know he wasn't going to be there claiming he didn't have my number even though we had texted numerous times. He then texted me 10 minutes later to tell me himself what was going on. Never told the new artist what I was getting, didn't have anything drawn up to give the new artist to go off of. I waited 4 hours past my appointment time before we started! Very unprofessional on Chuco's part.
