I went to get my nose pierced this past saturday on Jan 14 and the staff was amazing the lady who did my double nose piercing gave me diffrent options, I can place my two nose piercing that worked with my facial frame and she did an amazing job!! I will be back to get more piercing done from her. Plus the shop was very clean.

I got my cartilage piercing from Dro and he was amazing and very informative from start to finish. I would definitely be back.

Came here for a Friday the 13th tattoo, and while all the staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions, my actual tattoo came out pretty rough. I'm adding a picture, but the guy who did mine (I think he's also the piercer? Not 100% sure) didn't do a great job. The line work is pretty shaky and if you look (I didn't see it until I was home because I'm a bleeder), there's a mark away from the lines where it looks like the needle hit my skin on accident. Regardless if this is just supposed to be for quick flash, this is just sloppy.

Really great place! Went there looking for a different artist and found one, think I've finally found my tattoo shop! I'm totally going back soon for more ink and bringing people with me. Lo was a great dude, took his time, listened to what I wanted and really cared about making a quality piece of art. Two weeks ago I put a deposit down for a tattoo. Texted him the picture
Couple days later I messaged him to request something else to be done. Not one single response
I tried calling the store..Couldn't get a hold of him. Today he calls me saying he has to reschedule my appointment cause he didn't receive the picture....then 10 minutes later he responds to the text sent over two weeks asking me to put down another deposit.
Why would I put another deposit down on a tattoo that he hasn't even begun to work on?
I told him his lack of communication irritated me and no longer want him to do my tattoo.
He comes back with the response that I have to call 48 hours ahead of time to cancel the appointment to get the refund back.
HE CANCELED ON ME DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT AND ASKED FOR A RESCHEDULE. so how the hell did I break contract? He refuses to give me my deposit back. Probably because he already spent it and don't have enough money in his bank account to cover it.
It's cool though. I'm filing a claim with my bank. I have all records of his voice mail and text message.. Ryan you just screwed the pooch.
