This is by far the best shop that you could ever choose to have your custom work done in and by the best artist you could ask for. Zoey is truly the most righteous, down to earth, creative and talented artist that I have had the extreme luck to meet and best of all, become friends with. When I first met her, I had two small, not so well done tattoos. Within a few short months, I had custom artwork in the form of a half sleeve, nearly my entire back, my entire right side and the beginning of another sleeve and a chest dermal- that's how much I came to respect and trust her work. I also had the great opportunity to have Jake do two more chest dermals when he was visiting and I cant say enough great things about Jake and his talent!

I get constant compliments on my ink as no one else has my artwork and certainly not even close to this quality and color. No other tattoo artist will ever work on me again and I am more than willing to make the 1500 mile trip to see Zoey each year for more work.

Heart n Soul Tattoo is as good as you will ever find! Zoey is incredibly talented and is a true artist. You won't find flash tattoo examples plastered all over the walls and guys standing around offering you $25 tattoos. If that's what you're looking for, go somewhere else. If you want a custom piece that no one else will have, this is your shop.

My husband and I have both been to Zoey several times. I am now on tattoo number three, a 1/4 sleeve, and he is working on a large back piece. She is creative, takes the time to listen to what you want, and incorporates your ideas. I have found great success in taking her several pictures and an idea and letting her run with it. Allow her the creativity she needs to make the piece work with you ~ your idea, your skin tone, the shape of your body, proximity to other work etc.

Her shop is clean, she is always professional, and you won't find a better place to go. Her color work is INSANE, but I definitely won't discount her abilities in black and grey as well. She hops back and forth between this shop and her shop in Yuba City, CA so call first to make sure she's in town.

And get her to do a cover up on that flash tattoo or tramp stamp you have from 1995...you'll be glad you did.

I have been working with Zoey now for two years. Her ability to create beautiful pieces of art is unparalleled to the rest. She knows just how to add the right features, the right colors and depth, and how to really make it all come alive. Highly recommend anyone interested in either their first, or one of many additional tattoos, to check out Heart and Soul.

I went to Randy Adams shop and they did a really bad bad job! Zoey has been able to cover up a complete disaster in to a work of art. !! when other shops told all kinds of excuses of why not or what they would or could do to cover it up, Zoey was Like "I got this what do you want". My husband has seen Cherry and she was awesome too . this shop is very open, honest and communicative to what your wants and needs are.
I will not use any one else ever.

I took my daughters in for ear piercings and Puck was very professional and patient with them. Their piercings came out perfect and he was very quick. I got a dermal piercing and absolutely love it. Can’t say enough about this place. I’ll be back if I want any other piercings.

Puck is an amazing piercing artist! He’s very professional and walks you through everything. He is more than eager to answer any questions and is all around a fun guy to talk to! Can’t wait to come back!

Zoey continues to blow me away with her eye and talent! I finally got the half sleeve of my dreams, and there was honestly no one else I considered for the job. This was my second piece, the first being a cover up. I adore what she's done with it. She took my concepts and made them uniquely mine. Super professional, very accommodating, and most of all, patient. She is thankfully cool as the other side of the pillow, so it made a typically painful experience pleasant (still hurt, but I ain't no punk, lol)

I'm definitely going back when I'm healed and brave again.

Just got my newest piece done and it is fantastic! Already planning my next one. Zoey is the best!!!

So I've been here twice now. I was hoping my first experience was just bad luck, but no. I made both my appointments with Cherry and I was very pleased with the results the first day, of course. Once it hit about the third day (with both my tattoos oddly enough) they began to become inflamed, and started oozing a yellow goo. Now when this happened with the first tattoo with Cherry I was really shocked because I've never experienced this before and I have over 30 tattoos. So I called her and told her what was going on, and she asked if I was taking the proper after care techniques, which I was. I had been washing it three times a day and when I told her that she informed me I should be washing it about every hour.. which I have never had to do with any of my other tattoos. I got kinda worried after a couple days passed and there was no improvement, so I went to the doctor. Found out sure enough she went too deep on my tattoo and it created an infection. So I made another appointment weeks later to touch up the scaring it left, and to get a quote on another tattoo which I really shouldn't have done. I should have learned my lesson the first time because now my SECOND from her is infected. I've been getting tattoos for a really long time and I know the proper techniques of washing and caring for them. Don't go to Cherry. She treated my skin as if it were an orange peel and in between tattoos (she was touching up my first and starting a second) I asked her if I could take a quick cigarette break bc I had already been under the needle for about 2 hours and she replied "if I don't take breaks then you don't take breaks." Okay lady, you're tearing my arm up over here and if you don't want me to pass out on you let me smoke a darn cigarette real fast. I've never had someone say that was an issue. Anyways, after both of my experiences here I wouldn't recommend her. Cool looking shop but not worth the results she gives.

Cherry Baum did a cover-up piece for me. She did beautiful work and she did it quickly for an awesome price. The place is clean and elegant. I will be coming back here for future tattoos!
