Couldn't ask for a better experience being inked by Angie, Her love for the trait shows in her work!! I came in with an idea on what I wanted and Angie brought it to life with her Artistic talents. Hands down for her being a perfectionist it displayed in her work. I look forward to my next Tattoo.

Not bad but really rating a place in a specific artist isn't fair. They have both good and not so good artists.

I have had my fair share of tattoos and met quite a few artists. The Ink Pit has been one of my favorite expirences. The very helpful staff assessed what it is I wanted in terms of style and shading and steered me to Caleb "Cannon" who completed it and the finished tattoo exceeded my expectations. The man is a visonary. 10/10 would reccomend. A heartfelt and warm Thank you to Ink Pit!

Josh is an amazing artist with real talent. Was able to get me in quick and did a great job of putting my idea and his talent as a piece of art. By far my favorite artist I've used.

Lets start by saying i wanted a horizontal tounge piercing. Not the tip (snake eyes) but the surface (frog eyes) as they call them. Ive wanted this peircing for the longest. Well tuesday was my birthday and my husband took me to have it done. We called just to make sure they would do it.. After talking to someone on the phone. We was told they would not do it... Thinking i wanted the tip pierced witch i didnt... (Most places wont do those). Then talking to someone thru messenger. We was told they could!! Okay right there should have been a sign.. But no we went any way. Once we got there i went over with Kayla exactly what i wanted and she agreed to do it with no problems. She was a nice lady and it went fast i liked her. However the following day (yesterday) looking in the mirror i could tell one side was peirced VERY thin. One side was swollen one side was not (the side that seemed to be thin) weird i know. Well today as i eating i got this sharp pain but didnt hurt bad enough to even think anything was wrong!!! After eating and rinsing my mouth out i started tasting blood hmm so i go and investigate my mouth sure enough it ripped. The side that seemed to be thinner.. Im a bit upset i trusted someone to do thier job and to do it right now im out 45.00 bucks no piercing no birthday present and most of all im holding up hope that my tounge heels back the way it should and isnt deformed.. If you do get a peircing from this place i wouldnt recommend Kayla as your artist.. Also look at review's on google and other places first.. Thank you for takeing the time to read about my experience!!

I came here for a piercing. So far, really great customer service and daith is healing beautifully because they used a bar issued of a hoop. I'll be coming back to get a small tattoo soon hopefully and go from there.

I went in just a few days ago know i wanted to get my tongue pierced i decided to get my nipples peirced to. Mallory did my peircing and I was very excited, very comfortable and she reassured me with the pain it wouldn't be too bad. Tongue I had done before and it hurt worse the second time but didn't swell nearly as much. I was nervous about getting my nipples done, but I went with it wasn't as bad as I thought. More of a shocked feeling than pain. I absolutely love them and they actually don't hurt now, only when i clean them. Also only bled a tiny bit. I am very pleased and will continue to get my peircing done here :) Thanks to Mallory

Manuel is SUPER awesome. He is working on my sleeve for my dad. He totally nailed the design and is so awesome to work with. Can't wait to finish it up with him. Highly recommend!!!

DO NOT SEE BUBBLES!!(READ INTERESTING STORY)
So I was in the area, it was a year ago this past March. So I too was stuck with terrible artwork from BUBBLES!!!. Do not waste your time with this artist. Because she will waste yours and your money. I just read a review from a year ago on this site that also got a bad tattoo from the same artist. sounded like to me we both got the same kind of crap. I spent about 250, plus a decent tip. So this is my experience!!!
So while my cousin and I were back in the area on vacation. I decided i really wanted to get another tattoo. So didnt he. We both actually got tattoos the same day. His by another artist, lucky him. My original design was mostly a head of a dragon with Japanese cherry blossoms, with heavy dark shading in the dragon and the flowers to be color. I wanted to take it down in size and start a half sleeve with this design. BUBBLES did not even come close to what I wanted. She found a random dragon on google search made a stencil. She put it on my arm and stupid me i went through with it. ( might be my fault a little for not just walking out ) But thats no excuse for bad art work and terrible customer service skill. This was my experience with BUBBLES. Me and my cousin are told about this shop and this artist. So we find it and we go in and talk to her about our ideas. She hardly listened to use and said just come in tomorrow at 1pm give or take and ill draw something up. We were ok with that. so we leave around 1130 am. being about 45 minutes away we pull in to the shop about 1230 little traffic its the DFW area. about 5 minutes later the person who told me about this shop said BUBBLES forgot and cant come in till 3pm. OK so being about 45 minutes away from home there is no point driving back. my cousin and i decide to get some food to kill time. so 2 and half hours go by. We finally walk into the shop a little before 3pm. So we wait and we wait, this is were it gets good. she finally walks in with fast food at about 3;45pm another 45minutes after the first delay. We already should have walked!! So she comes over and says ill be right with y'all. about another 15 minutes goes by while she eats right in the middle of the shop and burps multiple times and very loudly. I even told my cousin lets leave. so when she is finally ready she says she can only do one tattoo. the day before she says she'll do both. Luck for my cousin!! This might have been the worst of it all about half way through she has to leave for some kind of meeting or support group. So after waiting close to 2 hours she comes back to finish her mess she put on my arm. Id like anyone to get half to 3/4 of a tattoo and let it sit for a couple hours and then start up again. I DARE YOU!!. Ever since then no one that i have shown it too could even tell what it was. id have to tell them and point out features of the dragon. It ended up being a flat dull 2 dimension grey blob. it was fading fast and actually it was unfinished. not surprising since she left half way through and came back. when she got back she blasted the music so loud to the point the woman at the front desk couldnt hear the phone ring never mind talk the the potential customers that called the store. she tried to turn it down maybe 3 times BUBBLES kept turning it back up. I didnt even like it, Oh also side note BUBBLES told me about her sex life with that exact woman that worked the front desk. ****** her brains out to be exact and also that she beat up some woman at the redneck heaven right next door. Thats cool i guess.
So currently I just got it basically covered up and that cost me 400$ and i still need one more session to finish it. this i think is a great story now glad the reminder is gone though.
I HOPE TO GOD YOU HAVE FIRED THIS ARTIST BY NOW, or she at least did you a favor and left. better tattooing can be taught and learned but a bad attitude and horrible care for your clients is unexceptable

Took my daughter to have her nose pierced at Ink Pit Tattoo. Several of her friends had recommended this shop. She had Mallory do her piercing and she was excellent! Mallory was friendly, fun and did an awesome job.
