The staff was great. She explain all the paperwork to me and made everything clear. The whole shop was clean and gave off the vibe that they cared about how good the shop looked.
Melody was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and safe. I got my nose piercing and probably will go get a tattoo there soon.

This place cares about employing actual professionals. I've been able to trust each artist for their own technique and feel comfortable - I've walked out of other shops just from a bad vibe! They are really sweet and kind people! I have been in there a couple of times with my friend who had gotten a tattoo recently and a piercing before. So I've gotten the courage to make an appointment for nipple piercings on my birthday, to make things short the lady who did mine was very sweet and kind, she made it quick, easy, and little to no pain. I’m very satisfied with the result and I’m looking forward to when it fully heals!!

Very professional easy loving environment runs a business by the rules they are about their business... Angie re-pierced my nipples for me and she was so gentle and me and one of her colleagues was just talking like we had known each other for years and it they were very knowledgeable and what they are doing and they all help each other and have no problems getting each other involved and having second opinions and I love that myself

I went with my wife to get a tattoo, and she has a nerve disorder, so whenever I filled out her paperwork they thought that was suspicious of her. They denied her the tattoo because I had to do her paperwork even after providing a drivers license showing she’s 26. I have never had a worse experience at a tattoo shop. I do not recommend going there. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I recommend Epic tattoo. It’s right down the street and way nicer people with a cleaner, and more inviting atmosphere.

2 stars because they pierced what I asked them to, and it looks good. But every moment I’ve been in this place has been uncomfortable. The male receptionist, I think his name was Matthew, hit on me nonstop when I went in. I think it’s in particularly poor taste considering he had all of my personal info, such as my home address. They made me sign something that said that I received care instructions for my new piercing, but when I asked about the instructions they didn’t even know what I was talking about. I had to pay up front, which is fine, but it meant I also had to tip upfront. I’ve never been asked to tip up front before, and I think it’s a tasteless practice. My piercing was crooked the first time, and had to be redone, causing me to bleed on my clothes when she took out the first one (not to mention the unnecessary pain; it hurt a lot more the second time since the area was already so sensitive). I came back a few days later because the ball fell off, and they charged me $2. Two employees had an argument right in front of me over wearing masks. It was really awkward and infuriating to pick out a beverage that I don’t want to get it the $5 minimum, especially since I called before coming in and they didn’t warn me about it (certainly this has come up before?). All after paying a little higher than I usually would because this place has great reviews and I expected higher quality. Won’t be back.

Extremely clean sanitary environment. Tattoo artist Kellen was very professional and extremely talented. They happily took us back as walk in's. I will definitely be back to have more work done. Customer service and cleanliness was OUTSTANDING.

Amazing! Went in with my good friend to get our nose pierced for the 2 for $25 piercing Tuesday! We were greeted right away, seen quickly, and treated very well. Thank you so much Kayla for such a quick and seriously pain free piercing! I was so nervous and she was very considerate and patient. I will definitely be coming back for more ♥️
