Didn't happen to me personally but whomever runs their social media is totally unprofessional. Customer service and hospitality don't equate to poor artistry but if your going to be disrespectful then how can you expect your service to be quality. A little patience and understanding go a long way. Wonder how this review will trigger that individual working that position for them. A little mindfulness, emotional intelligence, will go a long way. Watch how you speak to people, online and in person. No reason to treat people like that. None at all.

I got my belly button pierced here when I was 15 and my tongue pierced when I was 16. Both my piercings are great, no infections! the lady was fast about it she didn't hesitate which was great ! I'm 17 now and have never had a problem with either piercing.In fact today I'm going to get my nose pierced ! I Love Inkpit, the first and only shop I will go to ! I trust the cleanliness of the store and the prices are excellent . So Again Thank Y'all For the awesome service

I went to get my industrial piercing and my double helix in the same day. Make sure before u go u have your birth certificate, id and your guardian if u are a minor. Anyways.... I was seen by Kayla and she was super sweet. My industrial piercing was about a 6/10 not that bad. It was over in literally 10 sec. my double helix hurt the most. Maybe because I was anticipating it more. But yeh this place is suppppeerrr clean and so cute inside. Definitely would recommend.

Krystal did my piercing (the bar) I absolutely love it, a little gift for myself. She was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. She let me know a lot of information about my piercing, and when I returned she even took a picture. Best work ever Krystal!!!

I'm stoked about my new tattoo! I first went to Epic (because they're right down the street from me) with a simple design printed out: a circular musical scale with some notes on it. They told me it wouldn't really be possible to put a perfect circle on my shoulder, and they even tried talking me into changing the design. I liked the design the way I had it, and I wanted to find someone who thought it was possible, so I kept looking. I found Alex at Ink Pit, and guess what he said... "No problem man, anything's possible," ...exactly what I wanted to hear. He got creative, found a way to do it, and my tattoo looks awesome. On top of all of that, when he was done, he offered me a free touch-up in three months. Alex is a good guy, and a good artist. Everyone else up there that I talked to was nice as well by the way. I'm glad now that they told me no at Epic, because otherwise I wouldn't have found Ink Pit, the place I'm going for my tats from now on. You want a good tattoo place in Fort Worth? They are extremely nice and friendly, made me feel real comfortable.. Got my tongue pierced there like two months ago and it was so quick I didn't even feel anything.. I'm looking foward to getting my sleeve done and nipples pierced there.. they're freaking awesome and I highly recommend anyone to come here..

Amazing job done by an amazing artist. Angie showed true artistry, knowledge, and experience. All around great experience at Inkpit and everyone working. I had two sessions done there and already plan on another one there. Location was clean and everyone was more than welcoming with answering even the most novice of questions. Strongly suggest them for your next tattoo or piercing.

They tried to over charge me on a basics small tattoo. Go to Virtuoso Tattoo in Hurts way better deals and artist.

If you need a piercing done I can say that this is a fantastic place to go! They set me up with a perfect plan to follow with instructions and I purchased one of a kind mouthwash for my monroe peircing to keep it clean, along with some antiseptic spray for my belly piercing .
Have not had a tattoo from here yet but I will be sure to update this review if I get one:)

Came in Saturday night for my belly piercing. The lady was very rude. She marked my stomach and didn’t even let me see it. I’ve gotten piercings done at different places and they did way better on customer service and making sure this is exactly the way i want it. Also she didn’t give me the information paper. Someone else had to do that. Overall was really bad service and will never be going back👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
