I went in for a second ear lobe piercing on August 13th 2021. Before they did anything I had to sign papers for medical conditions, consent, all the usual stuff. Signed everything, got the piercing and was sent on my way. Never received aftercare instructions. Now I have 2 holes in my ears that I can’t get to heal properly because I had no idea how to care for them at first. A friend went with me that day and also got her very first piercing and didn’t receive instructions either, so it wasn’t like a one-off accident kind of thing.
I was fairly certain my friend and I had to sign a paper saying we were properly instructed on aftercare, but I'm not 100% sure so I'll digress on that point.
Regardless, the lack of instruction was a red flag. Other than struggling to heal, the piercings turned out fine (good placement, not crooked, etc...). Maybe it was because we went on a Friday the 13th, but even then I would have expected basic instruction. Not the worst place in the world, but I'd be alert and not be afraid to speak up if somethings not right.

Ive looked at tattoo shops for the 10 years of living here and finally found this gem. Mago is very talented! His work is phenomenal and is beyond expectations! My tattoo has been a work in progress and he's met every need and want that ive asked for and puts his own twist on it. Him and his artists are highly recommended! You will definitely get what you paid for! Love this shop! Definitely my go to for any art needed!
