Service from the get-go was terrible. Guy with no mask on tells us to put our mask on, "rules for thee and not for me" type of establishment. Didn't go through with the tattoo because of poor service and rudeness. Seeing how they unprofessionally handle customers drove me towards not providing them with any business. Not a good place, look somewhere else.

I took my daughter and her friends here today. My daughter wanted her belly button pierced (she’s 17) and her friend had her nose pierced. This shop was awesome and Hollywood was amazing! My daughter felt faint after the belly button piercing and he took great care of her, making sure she was okay before we left. The bad review is BS! No roaches and the place was spotless. No hookers or drug deals🙄. We will definitely be back for our Tattoos! Thanks for a great experience!

Went into this shop on Saturday afternoon and asked about getting a small palm tree tattoo for 4 people. Talked to a man with a grey beard, he stated it would be 60-80 dollars, we told him we would be back with everyone at a later date. We go back Tuesday night and he tells us because it is something we pulled off the internet it will be an their hourly fee of 120. So, we ask him to show us what flash art he has of palm trees. He shows us three different ones that look nothing like what we originally showed him. We decide on one and he asks where we want them. We tell him and he says 100 each. At this point we are like that’s fine we will do it because we wanted a tattoo to commemorate our trip. Then he says oh I can’t even do it right now I have an appointment at 10. He said we could come back the next day when we were leaving. He completely wasted our time. He was very rude. Horrible customer service.
If you are in Galveston go to The Tattoo Shop and ask for Chano. Chano and his staff were amazing! They gave us exactly what we wanted!

Amazing shop! All of the tattoo artists and the piercer are super chill, but John Boy was definitely our personal favorite. Hooked me up with a dope face tattoo, and gave my husband an awesome shark tatt!!

It doesn’t matter if it’s a walk in, or appointment, he will not disappoint! And my unicorn Hollywood will pierce whatever you want as painlessly as possible! 💙

Very friendly environment. We walked in around 6 and got set up quickly. We spent about an hour and half there (2 people one after the other tattooed by same artist) Tattoos look great. All employees were talkative and great. Highly recommend.

I got a tattoo done here, and the line work was so off, I kept having to tell the artist where to even it out, and where to fix it. It was a spontaneous thing, so I knew that was a risk, but if you're looking for large tattoos or anything with a shape to it, this is not the place. There were a couple of red flags, like when a guy walked in and said he got all his work done there, and when I looked, it looked like he got it done at a friend's garage. The guy at the front desk took a look and said it looked really good, and i think he really believed that. My husband and I just looked at each other. Red flag #2, they ask you to sign a document stating that they went over risks, care, process, etc. WITHOUT actually doing it. Red Flag #3 THE TATTOO ARTIST'S HANDS WERE SHAKY!!!! had i known that before paying, I would've walked right out. Luckily, I was getting some lettering done. When he finished my tattoo, he cleaned it off, looked at it and said "all done" IT WAS SO UNEVEN!!! He fixed it after I pointed out the issues, but oh lord. He was legit proud of his work. They were nice guys, for sure, but their tattoo work is that of a high school kid with his first tattoo gun.
