This has been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at any tattoo shop. If your an artist you thrive on successfully satisfying your regular customers. The old man with the long grey beard was extremely rude. We called ahead and emailed pictures prior to visit. Called upon arrival and was refused service. Time out of my evening to accomplish nothing!! Very very poor customer service!!!

Gave them my ID and they told me I was next an 1hr and 30min later I walk in to get my ID and they tell me I was next. There were supposed to be 2 people in front of me and ended up being 4 and he hadn't even started the 3 ahead of me yet. Had just started their paper work. They need to be honest about how many people are in front and not tell you that you're next. Didnt get anything done..not waisting 2 hrs to get my nose pierced.

Just wanted to say this is one of the best tattoo studios I guest spotted at. The owner is down to earth & know there tattoo history, they have been tattooing all over the U.S. & maybe the world, good with the customers, a clean studio and working area. When am in the Galveston/Houston area this is the only shop I will work at. So any artist needs a chair & you in the area call them up if they have a spot open they will have you in & if you are looking for a tattoo or body piercing on the island go see them....

Definitely recommend!!! John did my tattoo and was amazing during the whole process. He made sure my tattoo was perfect and the way I wanted it. Was very helpful and answered all my super annoying questions 😂.. can’t wait to go back!

Charlie claimed he had been tattooing for 20 years. He took a tattoo that should have been 1 to 2 hours and made it 3 hours. He made us pay for tattoos before hand, like 5 hours before a tattoo was finished. The tattoos he did before we realized this guy was not up to par are very dark and look nothing like the photo. Needless to say we will not be going back. If you want an awesome piercing go see Hollywood Keith he's amazing! As for Charlie, stay away from him, you're paying top notch prices for low grade work.
