Awesome place for my first time

Had a tattoo done and the Artist made a mistake. Made arrangements with the Artist to make the fix.. When I arrived I was let in by the door attendant after explaining my issue. Had to go out to get something from my vehicle. Upon return. I was told I had to get another ticket 15.00$. Whatever happened to customer service. I was literally in the building for 10 min for the repair. I will never use them again or refer any of my Soldiers to them.
