Extremely rude when I inquired about tattoos. telling me to leave and look online for info to set up appointed. Some large gentlemen that reeked had very little patience and I couldn’t believe such a small shop could so rude. Definitely would never recommend this place.

I was visiting from out of town and decided that I wanted to get my conch pierced before heading home. So I did a little bit of yelp research and stumbled upon Flying Squid.. mainly because they were open on Sundays but I ended up extremely happy with them. Makana was awesome, totally professional and I barely felt any pain. My friend wanted to change out some of her jewelry but the tool Makana needed had to be sterilized before she could change them and my friend ended up getting her second forward helix. Makana gave her a few options of placement before piercing it and from what my friend told me she felt next to no pain as well. Next time I'm in the area and looking for another piercing I know where I'm going!!!

Got my first tattoo at flying squid, and I'm obsessed! Place was clean, decent price, and the artist made sure it was the exact size I wanted and that it was in the right place. I would recommend this place to anyone! Definitely will be back for future tattoo-ing
