There are far better places!!! The tattoo was great and for a decent price. The artist was just incredibly rude. I was yelled at like if I were his child. I am not the kind of person to fight with someone when we can resolve things with communication. But he didn't care about working with me and seemed annoyed from the very beginning. Being my first tattoo I really wanted to ask about it and I assumed we could work together in coming up with something unique. The artist simply copied and pasted the design and got really upset and almost aggressive when I tried to make changes. I was surprised they have such a large clientele and can get away with this. The worse part was that he was about to use an old needle. I didn't even notice because I don't know what the needle is supposed to look like.

Staff was helpful and efficient, especially enjoyed the chill atmosphere there. Sky was my tattoo artist, very nice and friendly! I was satisfied with the results.

Came from Austin to get a couple of tattoos from Chelsea, and she did a great job! She was very professional and she wasn’t heavy handed so it barely hurt at all. Would definitely come back when I get the chance.

I have 2 tattoos by Sky and I am completely thrilled with both. Both times she was really responsive and collaborative in our messages, and was upfront about cost range. Both appointments I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and spent less than 10 mins waiting to go back to her station. They have snacks and water if you get light headed, and even brought a fan out when my friend got over heated. Texted receptionist with my idea. Size(less than an inch), placement, color. Received the price. Got there and told me it would be $40 more than what was quoted. I showed them the text and they said they would take $10 off. Walked out and let them keep my deposit. I’m sure the artist are all great but i got hustled and wasted my time. :)

17 year old daughter wanted a tattoo for her birthday. Clean place and professional staff. I would highly encourage you to use this place. Hands down one of the best I have ever been to

The tattoos are very well done, but the vibe is interesting. The communication is not clear and you are left sitting around waiting for an unknown amount of time before you get tattooed. The artists are not very personable and the experience of getting a tattoo is a bit cold and uninviting. The artwork itself is spectacular though.

I got my 3rd tattoo from Helen that provided much detail and she did amazing, nailed it. She was super sweet and funny! She made me feel comfortable and she was so knowledgeable at helping me with sizing and placement. Even my friend who was with me watched her and was just fascinated with how good she was doing and how easy she made it look even though it’s not. She also helped on guiding ok after treatment. Clean and chill place. The pricing is definitely worth it!

I never write reviews, but thought I should write one for this shop. I've gotten 3 tattoos from them. The first one was a stencil of my dogs ears with the name- the line work is great, but it isn't what i asked for. the other two tattoos i got from them was a script tattoo on my arm and I also got finger tattoos. My finger tattoos were done great (at first). Within a week, they are almost completely faded and nonvisible. and i paid $450 for them, which is WAAAAY overpriced. I've messaged about getting them touched up (FOR FREE BECAUSE I WILL NOT PAY ANYMORE MONEY). all they responded was "i'll talk to the artist", and after that, they ghosted me.
and i've tried to call, but their phone doesn't even work.
ill be going down there this week if they still haven't responded. i'm livid.
