White guy was very rude and had a bad attitude. He didn’t look up from his phone while talking to me. He did not seem inviting and tried to completely change my tattoo design. He could have just said he didn’t want to do my design instead of wasting my time and trying to change my whole plan. Everyone else is very nice especially the piercer lady but that white guy has gotta go.

Horrible experience, they are very unprofessional. The Asian lady was on her phone when doing my piercing and she did my industrial piercing wrong it’s now infected. The place clearly breaks many state regulations and it’s unsanitary. Do not recommend coming here!

Quality work. Overall appearance of shop was dusty and looked like it hadn’t had a good wipe down in a while.The Asian woman walked in did not greet anyone. Which came off as rude. My husband and I both got tattoos and are happy with how they came out.

Got my cover-up done by Jai P. Very professional, clean and laid back environment. Jai P and his staff made me feel welcomed and were very patient with my needs. They def hooked it up. Jai P, You The Man brother!

Very unprofessional, I called ealier to get a nose piercing and then I showed up 30 min later and nobody was in the store. The place looked really dark, there was food out in the opening and the employees were in the car chilling. It took then about 3 minutes to get out of the car just to tell me that the piercing person isnt there

The 5 star reviews may be legitimate, but they're old reviews from 2+ years ago. I made a mistake by thinking since it had 4.8 stars that I should give them a try. Nope. Nope. And Nope. The reason it doesn't have many recent good reviews, is because they're mediocre at best. They were clean/sanitary, and following Covid safety protocol I'll give them that. But, the professionalism and the quality of the work is just not there. I think the shop is owned by someone new who just carries on the orginal name and notoriety of the orginal owners. I wouldn't recommend, and would never go back. Ended up having to go to a different artist to correct my tattoo. Waste of money and a waste of time, don't waste yours.

I went for my Ear piercing last Friday 04/23/21 it was the first time i got Ear piercing 😭😭 im having Infection.. the Chinese lady told me to cleam my ear with any soap when i asked her for kits .. my ears 👂 are so Swelling n looks so Red .. they need to fired her n get a Professional person . I want to go back there so she can take them out but she talk about i have to pay her $40
