Robert did a bad job on my finger tattoo, he didn't take his time with the application of the ink and he didn't go deep enough to make it last. The tattoo fell off in a few days! He told me his work was guaranteed over the phone, I came in for him to go over it and again he did the tattoo lightly (he mentioned the 1st time that he didn't like the sound of the needle going over my bone) I still tipped him $20. A day later it didn't stick, only parts of my tattoo remains. I went there today after 1.5 weeks and he told me his work is never guaranteed and I would have to pay an additional $30, since he did the last one for free.(we mentioned that we tipped him $20 and he didn't even care) Why would I pay for him to do a bad job again 🙁. Dissatisfied with this tattoo shop, after reading all the good reviews on here
He was not willing to make the necessary corrections to his own work, just lazy.

Wasn't really impressed with everything. Went to get my belly pierced. I called before going and the lady who answered told me it was $25, I felt that a bit pricey due to the fact where I was originally going to go they were going to charge me $10 but they were remodeling so I decided to go here. She said through the phone that it came with a aftercare kit. So when I got there it was very awkward... didn't feel welcoming. I'm very open so I don't judge until everything is over with, so I kept my hopes up. So she takes me back to the "room" and pulls out very cheap belly rings. I had seen on amazon for 100 set of rings for $10. She gave me very unattractive ring options. At this point I wanted to leave but I had already paid. So I choose the best looking one and she's getting ready to put the ring in, she does the piercing and says all done. And I ask for the kit and she says just clean with soap and water. So no kit. And literally gives me the worst aftercare tips. I was regretting going and I should've just waited. I hope this helps anybody. Just my experience.

I was walking along the little shopping mall and figured hey let me find out how much a touch up is. Jason, my tattoo artist was having a short Cigarette break when we walked in. He asked if we need a moment and i said yeah finish your smoke break. When he was done he washed his hands and we went into what i needed. Took thirty minutes to touch up my theatre masks and make it pop. Worth the money and the time. Only small issues were wrong but its a small store and one artist and the counter guy. Well worth it

Best tattoo I've ever done was here. Wish I had came here first for my first 2 that look a mess now. The guy was so fast and nice. Everyone love my (serenity) tatoo it just always look like I recently got it n it's been awhile. Thanks ya'll keep up the good work.😘

Robert was super cool and helpful with my anniversary tattoo. My husband and I decided to get a a couples tattoo that came out great!! I freaking love it. After looking around at prices and reviews I'm totally satisfied that I stopped here instead of someplace else.

OMG I've never been there before, going to his shop was so random but I'm really glad I did. He's absolutely amazing. It's like I've known him my whole life, he makes u feel so at home and his prices are beyond reasonable. I'm glad that I didn't go anywhere else because I would've been paying outrageous prices. I'm making him my regular tattoo guy. I will be going back.

I’m not sure who did my tattoo, and it was some time ago. But it was 3 simple music notes On my wrist . The lines were not leveled With my arm. I is lopsided. The lines are thick some places and thin in others. You can not tell if it’s music notes or the letter i with the dot too close.

This tattoo shop is so welcoming. The artist they have there now is Robert, and he is very helpful. Conversations and music is great. The work is really good, and his portfolio is nice. I’m going to be a regular.

Went for my 1st 3 tattoos ever. Robert was pretty chill, funny and makes you feel super comfortable. He even made some jokes with my bf. I highly recommend them,they have good reasonable prices. GO to them 😀
