Was recommended so I called before I drove down from The Woodlands. 12 minutes on hold & hung up. 2nd call, 15 minutes on hold and hung up. I did finally get my answer; my daughter is too young for them to pierce her ears (nobody under 13).
Edit to respond to the owner: I called from the parking lot and the woman behind the desk put me on hold. After 5 minutes I walked in; she was chatting with someone about personal, non-work issues.
The only reason I went as far as I did to attempt to be a customer was because I really trust the tattoo artist who recommended y'all.

My wife got a tattoo here. This is without question the friendliest tattoo shop I've ever been in. We were greeted immediately upon entry and once paired up with Travis, he was realistic and helpful when working on the design with my wife. I could tell he wanted what was best for his client. Great shop!

Josh did excellent work. You have got to go here for your tats. Very clean and works with you to get exactly what you want.

I went in the other day because my septum piercing came out and I seriously needed help. Aaron looked at it for me, and unfortunately, it was closed so there was nothing he could do, but he was super helpful and kind. I would definitely come back to get it re-piercred. Everyone there was polite and helpful, and it looked pretty neat and clean.

I got my tattoo done done about two months ago by Travis. I originally had planned to go to Black Pearl but after the manager and an artist facetiously mocked me to my face when I asked him whether or not I should make an appointment and showing him my design, I was immediately turned off. I asked a few of my friends who had gone to TBA before about their experiences, and with raving responses, I went up on my 18th birthday to get it done. The tattoo itself is a design that I did a few years back that Travis then turned into a stencil - I asked him to clean up the lines to make it look uniform and he did just that. He didn't try to persuade me to go a different route or change my design - I felt no pressure which was good considering I was unfamiliar with the whole tattoo process. I figure I should mention that the tattoo was on my foot facing me. It says "imagine" as an ode to John Lennon, which is why it was important that I was able to read it regardless of whether or not it was facing the correct way to other people. Travis understood this and again, didn't try to change my mind. The reason my tattoo ended up costing $80 was because it was on my foot and a difficult angle to be tattooed at I suppose you could say. Cost wasn't an issue because it turned out so beautifully. It almost looks like it was done with an ultra-fine Sharpie pen because the ink was spread so uniformly and the lines are all the same super-thin size. I have recommended Travis and the whole shop to many people and the friendly but professional and sanitary environment was a huge relief after visiting the Black Pearl and having the owner flippantly laugh in my face. My first experience was certainly enough to convince me to return when I desire some new ink.

Second piercings from Biolab. Helix and Conch were a cinch by Aaron, switched out some jewelry to complete the look. Professional staff and sterile environment.

Wow. I just got my first tattoo here, and wow. I wanted a specific design. All of the tattoos of this design I saw on the internet were ok at best. Some were just terrible. My artist nailed it. Like perfectly nailed it. I couldn't have asked for better. Out of all the tattoos I've seen anywhere of the design I wanted the one I got at Texas body art is hands down the best I've ever seen. My wife also got some work done the same day, and the work done is excellent, "excellent" being the understatement of the year . These guys are world class pros! Thanks Mark, Tony, and Texas Body Art!

It was a little wait but the young lady that did my nose ring was great. I don't know her name but she has short dark brown hair. Nice spot

absolutely incredible . Got my nose pierced there last October and going back soon for my tongue / and or other side of my nose! wouldn’t go anywhere else. i’ve been reading some reviews about “rude” staff but they are all so incredible! must’ve caught them at a tired time :) .

This is the only place I will get my tattoos from! I got 2 and was very pleased with the whole experience. I am fixing to get a very special tattoo, a portrait of my brother who passed. They're the only ppl I trust to do it. The person who left a comment about them refusing to tat her hands, I find it even more refreshing to know they don't do it until 25. If the poster did her research, she would the find that many won't tattoo hands or face until either a certain age or a good amount of work is already applied. So, good job for staying professional and looking out for your clients best interest. Whether she knew it or not! I look foward to getting my most important piece yet. Thank you
