Enduring Tattoo & Body Piercing

This place is incredible! Went in for a daith piercing for migraines that aren't responding to ANY prescription meds.
Had a bad migraine when I walked in, a regular headache when I left, and completely gone within 2 hours!
They're very good at their job, very sanitary and did everything to make it less painful down to instructing me how to breathe.

I did not care for the service of the front desk girl. She tossed papers at me and my son after asking politely regarding after care of my son's ears getting pierced on his 15th birthday I would NOT ever go back to this place nor suggest this place to anyone

So I went to this shop a little over a week ago and was already nervous going to a shop that isn’t APP certified. But I’m a paramedic on a budget (there was my first mistake.) I walked in and the two artists in the shop couldn’t have cared less about me being there. One artist who was supposed to be up next to pierce pawned if off to the other. Who might I add had his dog in the shop (while cute did not help me feel like this is the most sterile environment.) I told the piercer that I had to have titanium jewelry due to a sensitivity to steel and paid an up charge to get it. Well the piercer then proceeded to pierce me and while I hope he did some behind the scenes sterilization, he got set up rather quickly and I never saw him wash his hands and didn’t wear a mask. Throughout my first week my Daith Piercing, (which was a curved bar even though I asked for a captive ring) had fallen out twice because of the low quality of jewelry and I had to go to another shop to get better niobium jewelry placed. The other shop (APP certified) informed me that the curved bar shouldn’t have been used and that the placement of my daith was wrong. Then today I am having severe pain and swelling with my faux rook and Tragus piercings so I used a magnet to see if those were really titanium and the magnet stuck (indicating that no. They are not.) Finally fed up, I called this shop and after the manager told me that he doesn’t really know much about piercings, which I find odd, he transfers me to the master piercer who tells me that it is not the fake jewelry they put in but must be my aftercare that is the issue. Even though I have been following the aftercare recommended by artists around the country. He then tries to tell me that if I had a problem with steel I wouldn’t be able to eat with a spoon cause it’s made of steel too so I must be a liar. He then tells me he’s an APP certified piercer which isn’t true. When I asked him why my swelling on my daith went down when quality jewelry was placed he told me that it’s because the other piercer cleaned it (trying to say that one single cleaning would fix all my issues.) When I told him I didn’t want to speak with him anymore and would like to speak with the manager he told me absolutely not you’re not talking to him anymore.

Piercing was fine. Thw guy who did it was dry and didnt say much. Didnt explain cleaning and just propped my chair back amd did it amd was like there ya go. Asked about a tattoo was told rudely talked to to where i absolutely wouldnt even want them to do it. Customer service is a Big Factor !

I went in to get my daith pierced today. I don’t remember the girls name who did it for me but she was amazing. Explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. I got slightly light headed at the end and she made sure I was super comfortable. I will definitely go back.

Miguel pierced my tragus and was excellent! He was gentle, friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Most tattoo shops I've been to the customer service was terrible. Enduring tattoo had great customer service! I will def be back!

I stopped by for replacement jewelry for my tragus piercing and customer service was fantastic. Lawler helped me choose a new piece and quickly changed it out from my old stud (I choose to get a new ring style because I kept losing the ball end of my studs). Although I was only looking for replacement jewelry I am definitely coming back for my next piercing on payday.

i am 100% satisfied with my visit today, the staff was so friendly and professional. The shop was clean and organized which I can be pretty anal about. I would defiantely recommend going to them for your piercing needs!!

So this was my first time getting a tattoo and my friends recommended this place. I was pretty nervous going in even with a friend but the staff are really friendly and take good care of you. Josh did a really good job and I'm happy with the outcome 100%.
