I have used this shop for years, they have done almost all of my piercings. I love this shop so much that I took my younger sister for her first cartilage piercing because of how professional the shop is. I took my younger sister in today to get her rook done and the normal piercer was out (I feel awful for not knowing his name). There was a younger woman with long dark hair there to do the piercing; she was not only rude and very short with us but when my 16 year old sister sat down in her chair for the piercing the woman called someone on speaker phone WHILE she is doing the piercing. This is so unprofessional and rude, my sister said she was nervous with the woman on the phone not giving 100% of her focus on the task at hand. When I wanted to get my lower lip done, she said she didn't have any jewelry for the piercing and to call on Thursday which is the busiest day for them with 1/2 off piercings. I've never been in a shop that didn't have jewelry for a popular piercing. She made my little sister and I feel like we were an inconvenience to her.

And they are FANTASTIC! We went to them 3 or 4 different occasions. Myself and my daughter and her daughter's!
Very cordial and friendly. They gave us time to decide for sure what was wanted. They've even done a touch up for me.

My wife had set up an appointment with Bobbi over a week ago for 5pm. She confirmed it with her yesterday. Today we show up and our artist wasn’t here, she was out for dinner. Then her 6pm appointment shows up and she wasn’t there for them either. Whether she double booked or simply forgot about us, I don’t know. All I know is we wasted our date night and paid our baby sitters for nothing. Terrible customer service.

The staff is GREAT. Hannah, especially, was very helpful and friendly. The shop is very clean with a chill vibe. I felt super comfortable and am glad I found AJ. He took his time with me and was knowledgeable a professional. Cant wait for my next visit!

Fine to talk to over the phone. Very clean and efficient, but made me wait two hours even though I had called ahead and scheduled an appointment. Then, didn’t check for approval of the stencils before starting to tattoo and ended up messing up my tattoo enough to ruin what it was intended to be.
