We had an amazing experience!! Me and my cousin went to get matching tattoos and Owl was sooo amazing!! When we came into the store we had pictures we showed him. He free handed half of it, it was everything we ever wanted and some! He was so kind and attentive!!!❤️ Will definitely be coming back and sending people we know here!!

Great customer service. Very kind and knowledgeable people who are willing to take the time needed to explain what they are going to do so that every one is on the same page before things start. I got my cartilage piercing there and it healed well using their advice.

I pass by the shop on the way to work and saw they had 10$ piercings on Thursday, impulse buy but I decided to get my snakebites done. Went in during lunch, friendly service and the piercer was very welcoming and laid back. Was in and out within 15 minutes and back to work on time. I'm loving the job done, David (my piercer) was quick and very confident in his craft, and it shows.

Great experience. I recommend getting there when they open because they fill up fast. Tattoo was done in 30 mins. Use the restroom before because there’s no public restrooms available

Between two visits: Majority (not all) of the workers were rude and had conspicuously poor attitudes- this includes the piercer. I went with a friend to get her ear pierced as I had, after the first visit, decided I would not support the business, but wanted to support her—
She was not informed on what to expect during the procedure, given no instruction for aftercare, and was bleeding excessively. This combined with the “no masks required-everyone is welcome sign” points to a shop that seems irresponsible, unprofessional, and unclean.

Everything they advertised. My 18 year old has gotten both tatoos from here, but this visit was for my 16 year old who got her nose pierced. $10 piercing on Thursdays. Clean and quick!
