Have been here multiple times to get tattooed by Drew. His line work is so precise and he's so talented! Brought my daughter in today to get a piercing for her birthday, another GREAT experience, didn't catch her name but she did say Drew was her brother which I thought was really cool.

Had an issue with a new navel piercing done at another shop that would not offer assistance, so I headed to firebird for a second opinion. The lady (not sure I caught her name!) who helped me out was super helpful and quick to identify the issue without me even needing to explain my concerns. She charged me a reasonable fee to switch the jewelry out and made sure I was informed on how to care for it. Definitely plan to return for any future needs. Thanks!!

Meg is an amazing piercer!! Took my youngest daughter of 10yrs to have her ears pierced and what a great and sterile job!! From day 1, there has not been any pain, swelling, redness or infections and it's now over 4 weeks later!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Went here on a rash decision and it was the best decision I’ve made!! Clean area, everything is freshly drawn so every piece is unique, and they give advice as to what they think the tattoo you want would look like!!! I will be coming back for my next tattoos!! My tattoo had such clean lines and they even touched a pre-existing tattoo that I had gotten elsewhere!!! Really freaking like it here

I'm not sure who the piercer is, but the service I received today from some guy (who's name I didn't learn) was horrific. I wanted to have the end of my cartilage piercing loosened, but the guy straight up took the jewelry out of my ear and handed it to me. I had to loosen the threadless end myself and begrudgingly handed it back to him to put it back in my ear. I asked if the jewelry could be sanitized before putting it in my healing piercing, but he said no. The two guys at the shop were having their own conversation the whole time while I was being serviced. The piercing room itself was filthy and was being used as storage. There was no sanitation done while I was there, so I'm surprised he even wore gloves. I got out as fast as I could and went home to clean my piercing. I just hope I don't get an infection because of the unprofessionalism of this shop.
