The staff is super friendly and professional! They are quick to respond. They have the best artist in the area. Gary Morton is a superb artist and person. He is willing to work with you on your desires for a tattoo and come up with a design that will not only blow your mind, but fit in the spot you want and fit the budget you have. He is incredibly knowledgeable in tattoos and their application. Will recommend this shop to EVERYONE!!!

This is my absolute FAVORITE tattoo shop! As soon as you walk in you feel comfortable and welcomed. They listen to what you want and work with you on what’s best for you and your needs. My mom bought me a gift certificate for a tattoo with zapp and My experience was amazing! Very welcoming atmosphere! The owners are awesome! They definitely have a customer for life here! Already have my next tattoo booked and another consultation set up!!! I will never go to another shop after my experience here!!

I am giving a one-star review because of the customer service. When I arrived, I read the sign on the door so I knocked in hopes of getting any additional info such as the current wait time. No one answered and I walked back to my car. No more than 1 minute passed, a food delivery driver came and the door immediately opened for them. I know that whoever the employee was saw me there waiting but I guess eating a Sub sandwich was more important than conducting business at work.

This shop is the most cleanest, friendliest tattoo shop I've ever been to. First walking into the shop, it isn't intimidating like other shops just based on the vibes when you first walk in. The staff are so friendly and overall that I just had a good time. I've found my forever tattoo home.
