Gen was fantastic! Overall service from front desk initial experience to actually getting the work completed was as expected and then even more! I highly recommend this place. I have never had ink done before, so this was a brand new experience. I walked in off the street with a general idea of what I wanted. Gen walked me through their sterilization procedure and what to expect the day of my appointment. She also was very communicative and accommodating to my hesitation about different aspects of my tattoo. She took my idea and gave me several different options that she drew herself that blew me away and were far above my original expectations. She walked me meticulously through aftercare (after I honestly probably bothered her too much about literally every aspect of the procedure). The price was more than fair and the artwork itself is fantastic. I will definitely be coming back! I can’t speak for any other artists on staff, but I will be coming back just for Gen. If everyone else that works there is of her caliber then there is no reason not to visit. The communication from start to post finish was exactly what I needed and above what was expected. The artwork is amazing. I highly recommend, especially for anyone with a first time experience. Thank you so much, Gen!!

My piercer Ray was awesome! She was absolutely thorough and talked me through everything she was going to do as far as my piercings. I just saw her this past Tuesday and I would highly recommend going to her. My piercings look great. The shop was very clean. She made me feel very comfortable. Thanks Ray!

Caleb was awesome! I called to make sure they could do a walk-in and they scheduled me the same day. The staff were friendly and professional; everything was clean and atmosphere was warm. The tattoo itself is beautiful and I will definitely be coming back for more.

I went here to get my old jewelry removed and placer put in. I did not expect their piercer to be a literal Angel! She made the process more tolerable and gave me so much knowledge about after care and jewelry. Highly recommend going here, you’ll have the best experience. Raylynn is the best.

I had a great experience here today as a walk in for help with a piercing. I was unable to remove my threaded nostril piercing by myself without hurting my nose. Their piercer was laid back, but professional and changed out my nostril stud in no time. No pain and I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

After reading all the great reviews I was hoping to have a better experience than I did. My best friend and I went and got a tattoo and a couple of piercings. The tattoo artist/piercer seemed very annoyed that we were taking up her time. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. Was a real bummer, we were super excited to try this place out. The rest of the staff seemed nice though.

I came here after having issues with my nose piercing at got from a shop in Houston. I called in dreaded need to get the problem fixed. When I called and described what was going on they knew exactly what I was taking about and I was able to set an appointment for later that day. Because I was so unsure about what was going on I had been freaking out. When I got there a nice, beautiful lady with gorgeous makeup (eye shadow), and attractive piercings escorted me to the back. Her cool demeanor relieved my worry and she got right to work. The problem turned out to be minor and I was in and out. I wish I could remember her name. Anyways, I feel in love with the shop just from that one interaction. I've been wanting a tattoo so now I know a place to go. The building is kept so nice and clean. Manicured lawn and everything.
