Everything about my experience was great. I had my navel pierced. They used a new needle and belly ring (both in separate packs that were pre-sterilized) Couldn't even feel the clamps and there was near no pain/discomfort. It was quick too! The only reason I give a 2 is because the aftercare instruction was very brief and I feel they were not as in-depth as they could have been. I must say this was a very sanitary environment and Alex did a great job with placement. It is straight and no problems yet. (one month on as of today) I would recommend this place and have done so, just read up a bit on your piercing and its tendencies before you get it. :)

Very unprofessional experience. I called ahead of time and the man on the phone was nice. I drove all the way from Carrollton, talked to two guys who had no idea who I was. They were out behind their shop smoking pot, couldn't even bother to take me inside the building to talk about quotes and ideas of what we could do for my tattoo. Didn't seem very interested in my money.
