Pale Horse Tattoo & Piercing

Had such a great experience the other night at Pale Horse! Tonya was very informative and honest about what I initially went in for and Amy helped me choose the right piece that she knew I would love. Amy free handed a piece on me that’s absolutely beautiful!! Gary was amazing and calmed my nerves when he was piercing my Tragus! All in all this place is amazing and I can’t wait to go back!

They got me in same day (2 days before christmas) and assigned me an artist who would enjoy doing my type of tattoo. Artist was excellent. Gave me lots of first timer info, was passionate about doing my tattoo, and gave me an aftercare for idiots breakdown when it was done (thank you!). The atmosphere is super chill and friendly. Going back for my next one no doubt.

I can't say enough good things about my experience today. Tony and his apprentice (who's name I didn't catch) made the experience so easy and stress free for my friend and I. The shop was so clean and they used all proper sanitary precautions during our piercings. We were comfortable and well taken care of. As sore as we are from the piercings, we walked out with smiles on our faces. I cannot recommend enough. We will be using pale horse for all of our future tattoos and piercings. Yall were wonderful, thank you again!

Amazing Customer Service! Everyone was so nice & helpful and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience or they didn't want to do their job (like another shop here in town 😒) I had my nose pierced a few months ago at the kinda "rude" shop & my ring fell out while cleaning it & I tried to just use a cheap one off Amazon 🙈 and it got infected, so I needed a new nose ring and decided to try them instead. So glad I did 💜Definitely will be back for my Piercing & Tattoo needs!

I'm not going to lie I'm a little nervous at first but the staff made it comfortable and easier for me to relax. They are very clean very professional. I definitely plan on going to them for my next piercing. Was a little more pricier than I expected but worth it.

Its been a couple of weeks ago. But had an appointment for 4:30, had me waiting in the lobby for 45mins. Was told going to eat first. Then was sent back to do the stencil. Then told me to wait in lobby for them another 45 mins. So they could set up. Didn't start on my tattoo til almost 6pm. Did great work, but expected more work into it than what I got and paid for. Was definitely overcharged. Won't be back. Im usually not one to write a review, but here it is.

Steve Dodge did an outstanding job on my snake tattoo, I can't say enough great things about this artist, & the shop he works in. The staff is very friendly & cool. Highly recommend you check Steve out at the Pale Horse. Steve also took the time to touch up a flower that needed some serious touching up. Thank you for your service & time 👍🤘👌🐍

So far I have had my nose pierced and had a tattoo done by Shelby. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Shop is clean. Picture of my freshly done tattoo I had done back in April.

I cannot say enough about this place. Customer service is great! They are welcoming and helpful! Their artwork is amazing. It’s incredibly clean. They are light handed so basically pain free. I hate going into tattoo shops. Some are crude and cringy. But this place is a BUSINESS and handled professionally! Makes the experience so much better.

Tony was a great guy! I have an irrational fear of needles that I was distracting myself from. Despite saying I was alright he was still concerned for me and talked to me calmly. Really professional and friendly! Thank so much guys!
The jewelry available was also a great variety and had just what I was wanting.
