I got several tattoos here and while I was happy with the initial work, my latest scheduled appointment was canceled the night before because the art wasn't ready. I can understand this; however, in the months since, and despite several efforts to directly contact the artist after they told me the art was complete, they ghosted me and won't respond to messages. The tattoo was part of a larger piece we discussed before they started. That sort of unprofessional handling isn't a good look. I'd recommend elsewhere, especially since Edoc artists openly tells you they charge more than other sites.

Really great experience love the art and artist!! Also very clean and professional… but one lady named ivy seemed moody and asked me rudely to move from the section. I understand they only allow one person in the back but she could have asked nicely. I’m sorry if I made her upset if I was standing next to my sister holding her hand since she was in pain even though i asked before stepping into the section. Rolling eyes and shaking head is not good for costumer service. It all comes down to body language as well but I really hope she does not approach any other costumer this way.

I took my GF in to get some small stars filled in with color behind her ears. The tattoos were not the greatest quality so I decided to have them cleaned up “professionally” . The atmosphere is clean and the shop is very nice. However, the quality and price of the tattoo clean up was hardly worth our time. The color of the tattoo that we paid for never came in. The outline of the tattoo was stronger but lacked the 150$ price tag for 20 minutes of work. I will not recommend this place to no one and steer anyone away from the place. Very amateur tattoo artist in my opinion. Good Luck.
