This place has always been the only place I get my piercings done but I went today to get my bellybutton redone and this obnoxious worker was yelling at me and my family because we where asking questions Ike I understand that you are busy but we are the reason you are getting paid do better.

Staff is very nice & good with questions! I was super nervous to get my bridge pierced here but it was great!! I don’t know how to spell her name so I’m so sorry but miss Caitlin did my piercing & I love it! She’s really nice & reassuring about questions & concerns.
They are usually pretty busy but they are wonderful at customer service even with a full crowd around them. 10/10 loved and would recommend :)

To honor our mother/grandmother, 4 of us decided to get rose tattoos. Tanner was our artist. He was friendly and let us know what he was doing, which kept the nervousness at bay. He gave clear instructions for after care. It took less time than we expected. We love the results!

A for effort BUT. my tongue piercing closed so I had called them and they told me to come in. She couldn’t get it through with everything she tried… she grabbed my ear and took my earring out and shoved it through my tongue….. no i don’t know this girl… no, she didn’t ask… kinda just happened so fast. but hey, i got my tongue pierced again for $5 :)

I had 2 tattoo’s done. These were my very first. I’m 72 years old. The place was clean very professional, and went out of there way to make me fell comfortable being it was my first.
Would recommend to everyone. They also responded to all my questions right away. Top notch in my book

Took my daughter in to get her second holes done after another location in the mall treated us horribly and messed up her piercings. They got us in quickly, everything was sanitized, and done properly. 100% recommend

I came here for my first tattoo and I was really nervous especially considering it's a shop located in a mall. Staff was really friendly even though they were packed. It took my artist about 10 minutes to get my tattoo drawn out and he made me feel comfortable and calm when I layed down. My artist name was Shawn and his shading is incredible. Very pleased with my first experience.

I went to liquid for the first time this saturday, they were super busy but got me in so fast! I’ve had horrible piercing experiences at other places but the lady that did mine, (i wish i could remember her name), made me feel so comfortable & made my experience quick & almost painless. Will definitely be returning for future piercings. Thanks Liquid!

The staff is nice, but my piercings are not going well. I got my industrial, my daith, and three lobes done. They were super quick and nice, but I was given the wrong aftercare instructions. I was not told to clean with saline, but with soap, which is bad for piercings. My industrial bar was so short that it started to grow into my ear, and everything was pierced with stainless steel, which is typically not a good initial jewelry. I had to go to a different place to get everything changed and now they’re better.
