I had a great experience at Stay True. Ray was my artist and he took great care in coming up with a design that I was happy with. He was friendly and attentive too! He gave really good instructions for aftercare. I’m sooo happy with the tattoo. It’s better than I imagined it would be. He’s an amazing artist! The customer service at the front desk was great too!

Great service and awesome work done!!! Was provided awesome instructions for post tattoo care and even got recommendations for other ideas and suggestions for care. 😊 My friend and I got matching tattoos on her forearm, and me on my ribs. Lego is PHENOMENAL! I'm already ready for my next one!

So initially I went to this place asking for a specific piercing. They got me hooked up with someone to do my piercing and had me sign the safety forms. Once I was called back, the girl told me I couldn't get what I asked for and asked if I wanted a cartilage piercing instead. Not knowing very much about the process since it was my first time, I agreed. She pierced my cartilage and put a solid ring as the jewelry and gave me some spray they sold there to help keep it clean. The ring was very bulky looking because of the placement, but I gave it a chance and went home. Three months later of battling infection after infection and trying to keep it clean, I woke up last night to pus, sharp throbbing, and swelling so bad I was barely staying up right. I went somewhere else to get it removed and found out you're not supposed to get a solid ring all the way across and I was given the wrong instructions on how to care for it. Two months max for healing and I've been suffering for about 3 and a half with little to none of that. I was also I formed I had a keloid on the back part of my ear due to the unprofessionalism of the original piercing. I would not recommend this place despite all the good reviews. Now looking back, they were very unprofessional in informing what I could and couldn't get, running me through the process, and giving me helpful tips going forward. I am very disappointed because I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I don't think I should sit back and not say anything about my experience. Maybe this a 1 out of 20 situation or maybe it's not.
