I got a tattoo here the finished product is ok, but I have some crooked lines and a few missing details. But I would still recommend this shop it’s a good place and the people are great. If you want a simple piece they are perfect.

Got my septum pierced tonight by Bryan. Although very confident in his work, I unfortunately left with a noticeably crooked piercing that was off my 1-2mm. My fiancé could tell it was crooked and even their receptionist validated that it was crooked. Spoke with the piercer who dismissed me by saying first that it was swelling, then blamed it on my nose. Both were inaccurate. $80 piercing and $20 tip for a crooked piercing and to be dismissed. Truly disappointing.

The original work done by Chris Judd was quite nice. Two years later it already needs a touch up, and not only will the fix cost as much as the original piece, but he's rude to boot. Is it too much to ask that he try to be pleasant while he's price raping?
Reply: Is charging a 100.00 shop fee and suggesting I get another small tattoo to justify that charge standard for a touch up? Let's be clear; I did not raise my voice at all and was not ugly to Chris. He very likely didn't even know I was upset. Had he offered, I would absolutely have come in at HIS
convenience, no problem. I hung up the phone feeling quite disheartened, and started looking for another place to do the next two pieces I am planning (which is really not what I want). So, I am happy to discuss this, and relieved that you are offering a resolution. I will definitely email you. Thank you.

Walked in to talk to an artist about getting something pretty small and wanted their opinion. They didn't really take me or my husband seriously until they saw some of my larger pieces. They treated me like a ditzy little girl. I don't know if it is bc you can't see any of my tats unless I am in shorts and a tank top, but they brushed me off until they saw my other work. I didn't appreciate it at all and they lost a customer. That small tattoo was to be the beginning of a large half sleeve.
I know Clint and quite a few of the other artists that used to work with him even before sparrows and at their other locations as well, and I think he would have been a little disappointed. 😞

I went to get a piercing with my friend and I will never go back. When we walked into the room, there were three other people inside that were friends of the piercer. They were literally watching us as we were pierced, talking the whole time with the piercer. I even made a comment and asked why there were so many people in the room but they didn't leave. It made me really uncomfortable because while he was inserting the needle, they were just talking and he didn't seem focused on providing good service. He didn't explain anything before he pierced us so we had no idea what to expect. Worst of all, my piercing is slightly crooked because he didn't listen to me before hand when I told him the dot he marked was asymmetrical. All in all, I would never go there again and I do not recommend this place. Although it is clean and a nice atmosphere, I received really crappy service.

Colin Johnson is an incredible artist, he did 2 different pieces on me & I love them. One of my pieces was a coverup & you can't even see what was before the cherry blossoms & the other one is a sparrow that he did phenomenal on. I am pleased with my work, not to mention he has a fun personality. It was very clean in his work area & i felt comfortable the entire time.

I (Kristee Orr) got my first tattoo today at Sparrows. Chris Judd was the artist. He did an great job, was professional and helpful. The storefront was beautiful, clean environment and I felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this shop and Chris Judd. You won't be sorry.

My wife had a rook piercing and my daughter had her first tattoo on her calf at this location. Both were extremely happy with the people and outcome. Tattoo artist, Danny Elliot, was very professional and the wait was definitely worth it.
