Chris Judd was amazing. I got my first tattoo done by him, and I was getting three very big roses starting on my thigh and going up to my ribs.
He was very helpful, patient and chill. It took about 5 hours, and cost $700. It was a very big piece. he did take breaks a few times to pierce some walk in clients. But it gave me a chance to recover. He didnt rush at all and make me feel bad for being a whiny baby when it hurt really bad.
It healed up within a week and looks great (its been two months). A bit of the linework is a little heavy and maybe a tiny bit shaky (only if you stare), but I did wiggle a lot and my skin was shaking. If you are looking for a tattoo artist, go to Chris Judd. I will be going back for my next one

I've been going to Hector since 2013 and so has my dad. He is AMAZING!!!! I currently live in Wichita Falls, TX and commute to Mansfield whenever I need some work done. Sparrows tattoo is the absolute best!!! Hector ensures that it is exactly what you want before he puts any ink on you. I fell in love with Hectors work when he hand drew exactly what I pictured in my head for my back piece. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I came in today to ask how much a certain tattoo I want would cost. I chose this place not only because of the wonderful reviews, but also because of Clint Cummings (I am a fan). My brother in law who also wanted to get a tattoo was with me. He simply asked the female at the front named Mo Southern if one of the tattoo artist we were interested in had a business card and her response was "I don't know. I think the cards are over there." According to her bio on their website, she has 10 years customer service. What a joke.

I feel like this shop, being that it is so widely known, is helping to push for acceptance for those of us who choose to use our bodies to express ourselves. Poor customer service was the last thing I expected when I decided to use their services. Furthermore, first impressions are key to building relationships in any customer oriented industry.

I did, however, find an artist who had an amazing portfolio and may consider updating my review if I can stomach dealing with the woman at the front desk again.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time and Megan did fabulous! Any questions my daughter had(who is 6) she answered them and answered mine as well. She gave me some new information about self care afterwards that was different from when I got my ears pierced when I was kid and it was great information because my daughter got no infections and is still wearing her earrings. When I'm ready to get the piercings I would like, I'm definitely going to go see Megan.

Great place to get tattoos and have an overall great experience! As always thank all of you for your awesome work! Please if you haven't been to Sparrows check it out as you will leave with an awesome tattoo and meet some great people. I recommend anyone there but got to give a shout out to Clint and Zak!

I just walked into Sparrows and saw Judd for my daith piercing. He did an amazing job, he is very nice. Made me feel comfortable. This place is very clean and sanitary! I will recommend everyone to go here for a piercing or tattoo!!

Sparrow's is an extremely awesome tattoo shop to visit. The art work and overall vibe of the place is nothing like you've seen, it's incredible! The staff there is super nice... and hilarious! They will sit and chat with you while you're waiting, might even have a burger with you next door!

But Seriously,
If you're looking for a generic butterfly off a wall to stamp on your body, you're not taking advantage of sparrow's artists capabilities. These artists are extremely talented and encourage their clients to customize a design so it's one of a kind. I advise you to challenge them and trust their expertise. When people compliment my tattoo, and I respond with "Thanks, I got it done at Sparrows." They always say "yea you can tell because the lines are so crisp and perfect!"

My artist is Clint, I wish I had a phrase better than "the best" to describe him, because it just doesn't do him justice. His skills on 1-10 scale... about 1,946,382.99 (no lie). He's the definition of a badass, yet he is the most genuine artist on planet Earth (NOT your stereotypical douche artist).

Even if tattoo's aren't your thing, you should check out the paintings and other art in the building. You won't be disappointed.

Every experience I've had at Sparrows has been stellar! All four of my tattoos have been done here and I have no complaints. Kahlan did my tattoo today of my pet mouse who had a special place in my heart wrapping around my wrist, and she perfectly memorialized her. Thanks so much!
