Great customer service, very knowledgeable. At least it seems that way to the uninformed. Huge selection of a variety of products. This location in particular, is open till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, so that's a plus.

Came here on my way through mcallen on bussiness. Google maps says they opened at 10am waited till 10:15 with about 6 others. Was intending on spending a few hundred dollars on glass. Went down the street instead. Incompetence Costs money. Integrity and punctuality is key to success even for potheads.

Went to this smoke shop for vape juice. Thought I would give the brands they had there a shot. They had a very small selection but seeing as the name brand vape shops were closed for the night I figured it would be fine. The store manager ,Carlos, opened the bottles so I could smell them and they smelled just fine. So I filled my tank and tasted what I had just purchased and it tasted absolutely horrible. It tasted rancid. The bottles had dust on them and I thought nothing of it but I really should have just waited. DO NOT BUY E JUICE FROM A SMOKE SHOP. I went back and explained that they might be bad for whatever reason (heat exposure, they were sitting by a window) and the guy wouldn’t even stand up to speak to me let alone look me In the eye. Poor customer service. Very disappointed. 40$ wasted. I recommend FIRE VAPES or VAPE STATION for all your vaping needs.

Went with my boyfriend last night to look around and make a few purchases. We had never been to this smoke shop before and will never go back again. The girl helping us was a bit rude and would answer us back with an attitude. We both felt the pushiness right away. I felt she was trying to get us out of there because they where about to close and she just kept interrupting him and I when we would be discussing a product. If I have questions I’ll ask but like I said I felt she was just trying to get rid of us. We bought what we needed and left but will not go back. Not very friendly customer service if you ask me.
