I need to give one star to submit my experience but I would do -5. We had appt and he did not show up. No answer on the phone or fb either. Waited 30 min for a tattoo that I paid full in advance. Im gonna find someone more serious

First, I messaged them on Facebook to see if they would accept a walk in, they responded promptly which I appreciated. I messaged another shop before and didn't get a response until a week later. Then I went in to get some lettering done and the whole process was fast and easy. I had multiple print outs of the font size and the artist helped me choose which would look best with my tattoo. Other artists almost always tell me "oh it's whatever you want bro". My next tattoo will be at Hell fire because the work they do is on level with the best shops here but what sets them apart is their customer service.

This place is great! Molly was the artist who gave me my tattoo, and she was so patient and personable. She followed the design and it came out incredible; she does fantastic work. All the artists at this studio are hilarious, too! I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area :)

He was a sweetheart made me laugh the whole time was really clean about his area was never rude and made sure I was comfortable I got 3 tattoos done in different areas they came out amazing and he some how made it painless free. Will be going back for more and recommend
