Walked Into this establishment with high hopes from reviews and from friends referrals... only to find rudeness. Very Impolite and stand- offish. Talk about walking in somewhere to get something permanent, a tattoo only to find that the guy at the counter was unwilling to help me get one, offered no guidance on having my tat come to life and acted like he was too good like my idea was stupid. They might offer amazing tattoos unfortunately I’ll never know! Customer service should be a priority and obviously they need training! Hopefully no one else has feel this way if they walk into this place

We have gone to this place twice during business hours. The first time there was a guy actually sitting at the front desk and the “open” sign was lit up, but he wouldn’t even look up when we came to the door. We figured it was 40 minutes to close so maybe they just didn’t have time to do a tattoo and closed early. Today we went an hour and fifteen minutes before close to get a small tattoo, so there was plenty of time to do the work. Nobody was there and nobody answered the phone. If they changed their hours, they need to update it with google, Yelp, etc. This is just unprofessional. If you want to use their services, be sure to call first to be sure someone is there, otherwise you may just be wasting your time driving there for nothing.

Matt did my septum nose piercing and was so gentle! It tickled but he was so professional, nice, and walked me through everything! I recommend him for any piercings! Amazingl!

if you’re looking to be treated poorly and not get the tattoo you want, be sure to go here. as soon as i walked into the door, i was treated as if they couldn’t be less intrested in helping me. the guy at the front desk even talked bad about me and my friends to a fellow co worker while we were standing there. my artist acted irritated and impatient with me the whole time, and even made fun of me personally when i politely asked him to not do shading in my tattoo. (the picture i showed him for reference had no shading at all) he even said to me that he had only done four paid tattoos in his career. He attacked me, making fun of what i was wearing and said i was boring for not wanting shading in a very aggressive manner. out of fear, i agreed to shading, even though i didn’t want any. he proceeded to go out side for a smoke break after putting the stencil on me. after he left, me and my friends grabbed our stuff and left. never coming back here again. i felt scared and judged simply because i wanted a basic tattoo. (but the way they treated their male customers after me really makes me think there’s an underlying bias running through this company)

This place is amazing! I’ve had two tattoos done by Rafael, I get compliments all the time for the dragon he did on me. I also had a tattoo done by Polo and the detail on it for such a small tattoo is beyond words. I can’t recommend these guys enough to others.

I got my tattoo done by Kyndall and OH MY GOSH she was amazing. I went in wanting an old fashioned fan for my great grandma and she blew it out of the park. she was also so sweet and nice and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I will be going to her for more of my tattoos thank you!

Kyndall did an amazing job bringing my design to life. She took a really horrible reference photo and turned it into the creation of my dreams. I wanted a T-Rex Mermaid and she DELIVERED!! The entire staff is supper friendly and professional. From the receptionist to the artist everyone was fantastic. Had an amazing time and Kyndall was so good about checking in with how I was handling it and also knocking out this piece in good time. I DEFINITELY will be coming back in the future for some more amazing pieces.

If I could give this shop a negative star I would. I have three friends who recommended this shop and had a decent experience so I thought I would give it a try. I called before arriving and told them what I was wanting and asked if I need to make an appointment. They said that I did not need to make an appointment and to come in that day at 4:00. When I first walked in the staff was incredibly rude and acted annoyed that I was there. Then they matched me up with an artist; Lonnie who was asleep in the chair when I arrived, and then got angry when he had to do my tattoo. I told him I could come back another day and the secretary insisted that it was fine. Lonnie completely botched my tattoo and it looked nothing like the picture I gave him. Then I was charged triple the price that my friends were charged when they got the same tattoo a few months later. After reaching out to the manager and telling them what happened they apologized and wanted me to come back and get it fixed by the same artist that messed up in the first place. Now I get to pay for a tattoo removal... Do not waste your time or money with this tattoo shop.

Chris is stellar at what he does and never disappoints. He not only saved my lip from a botched Monroe piercing done at another shop but he performed a flawless septum piercing on me as well. If you are looking for a piercer who is calm, knows what he's doing and walks you through all the steps and the why's, he's your man.
