I have been here before and gotten many piercings and it was great and whatnot. I went in today to ask about pricing and such for a tattoo I wanted and the receptionist or whatever she was, Kendall, was very rude and unprofessional when asked about pricing. When I said I was on a budget, as most are for tattoos, she proceeded to tell me that if I was on a budget, don’t get a tattoo. I’ve never gone to a tattoo shop for the employees to tell me not to get work done there. Just very rude and unprofessional all around.

If you’re looking to get pierced, let me tell you this is the place to go! Amazing staff! I had gone to Pincushion to get my helix pierced two moths ago and it never healed and began developing a bunk because the piercer chose the wrong jewelry and hoop size. When I came to Cowboy Tattoo 2, Haley hooked it up! She knew exactly the problem was and was able to educate me on all the things as well as get me the correct jewelry. Will most certainly be coming back!

Awesome place! Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and they were calm cool and collected. Shout out to Matthew as he was extrmely polite and professional with my girl. She didn't feel a thing either! Thank you Cowboys Tattoos!

I got a piercing and theyt bar was too short, he then had to put a larger sized bar in. After I got home I thought the bar was a little too long, but I'm not a professional piercer. With that being said, it gets caught on everything numerous times a day which is keeping them irritated and delaying the healing process. I went back over a week later and their other therapist couldn't tell me if they had the right size to fix the situation or not. She couldn't even tell me what size was already in there. She put the smaller size in, but they were too small. They didn't have the right size and she could have saved me a lot of pain by just telling me they didn't have the right size. In my professional opinion, if piercing is your profession then you should have a variety of different sizes of jewlery to pierce with, and you darn sure better be able to tell your client the size of the jewlery when asked.

Meranda did my piercing about a month ago. She was amazing! She was super professional and told me everything I needed to know and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was even helpful after I got it pierced when I had questions. I definitely recommend going to her.

I went with my best friend today to get my first tongue piercing ever!! We just left there a few hours ago. The guy that did our piercing was a guy named Matt!! And he was so amazing to me being it’s my first time. It was seriously quick and painless!! I recommend him and this place to EVERYONE!!! Not to mention a lil eye candy with pain never hurts anybody!!! He was amazing!! THANK YOU MATT!!!

Called first, showed up when they said they were able to take walk-ins. They didn't have the correct materials in stock and told us to come back later. Unprofessional since we told them over the phone what we were coming in for.
The fat blonde dude with the ponytail (Chris) straight up insulted my tattoos and told me that they are bad. Offered nothing else; that was the maximum that his brain could produce. We did not ask for his opinion, I asked if someone could touch up some shading. Pretty standard request for a tattoo shop, so a simple yes or no would have sufficed.
Save your time/money and go elsewhere, the employees don't know that they're doing.
Rafael was nice and helpful though.
