This was my first time getting a tattoo, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little skeptical in the beginning! I’ve been wanting a specific tattoo for some time now and when my husband and I met with Anthony, he was able to create the exact tattoo I wanted. It came out so beautiful and perfect! It was everything I wanted and he was light handed throughout the entire process. Anthony is definitely the guy to go to!

I just got my first tattoo yesterday and was extremely nervous. From the moment i walked in the staff was very nice and made everything very welcoming. Once i got in there the man that did my tattoo was very friendly, i let him know it was me first time and was very reassuring that it wouldn’t be that bad. He talked with me the whole time and kept me very distracted from the tattoo, really appreciated it! Great people, great service, and i couldn’t be happier with my first tattoo!

Wasn't impressed by this Atomic location. Was in from outta town and was hoping to get a walk-in tattoo appointment and they had me on their waiting list and said they'd call me in when it was my turn in line and I never heard back from them. I tried going back in to wait for my turn and got told I couldn't be hanging around. The Burnett road location was awesome, welcoming and told me to come in and hang out while I waited.

Just heads up they told me they don't do septum piercings here-HOWEVER, the woman at the front desk was friendly and told me at the Burnet location they do. She even called to ensure a piercer was free to take me in today at that location if I chose to drive there. That is good customer service. So five stars for that!

I came here to get my belly piercing and the staff members were very professional and kind! I didn't have an appointment scheduled but as soon as I checked in my information they got the room ready and called me in. I was very nervous, but Emily did a great job of explaining the process, and relieving my anxiety before getting the piercing. It took no more than 6 minutes for the entire process, and it wasn't painful. If you're getting any type of piercing I would recommend that you ask for Emily. Keep in mind that if you're a minor (under 18) and want to get a piercing you need to have your original birth certificate, your drivers license (if you have one), and a parent has to show their ID.

I have gone to this location several times and referred many people. Always great luck with customer service and quality. I got a tattoo at the 183 location and it was horrible. I went to Pflugerville to get it fixed and was given the run around. I was told they would take care of it, but I ended up paying more than I did for the original tattoo to fix it. The person that fixed it said i was very scarred. Very disappointed.
