Brian is the best! I walked in no appointment to get my nose pierced. Generally no wait. There was 1 person in front of me. Brian was very quick and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease and confident in his abilities.

First we messaged you guys on facebook at 12 no response so after waiting a few hours we called. Someone answered and said it was walk-ins. So we walked in at 840pm signed in we thought it was going to be fast because we saw one person ahead of us on the list. So we waited patiently in the car the whole freaking time we got a call at 1140pm someone said they can only do 1 tattoo. My fiance and I wanted 5 tattoos done but only got one. This was not what we expected. Thanks for this lovely experience I'm being sarcastic. Blah*

We have come to this shop two separate times, months apart and didn't get service. The same woman said she didn't have the proper jewelry again today, even though we called the shop before and asked for specific jewelry which she confirmed on. Drove 25 minutes and the story changes and she defers us to someone whos in 7 hours from now. Horrible communication and service. She gave us another discount card and told us to check other shops. Same exact story as last time. Sounds like something deeper going on and im thoroughly offended. How does she make money if she never has jewelry? Won't be using any of the shops under this name. They don't manage their staff and make sure they are properly stocked. Unprofessional.

Vin did a coverup for me and I absolutely love it. He did such an awesome job and was so awesome the whole time, I cannot say enough good things about him and the shop as a whole! I will definitely be going back when i finally decide to do my next coverup

The woman who pierced my nose was AAAHHHMMMMAAAAZZZZIIIINNGGG. knowledgeable and had such a wonderful bedside manner. I am sorry I forgot her name, I wish I would have committed to memory because I would refer all those that want to get a piercing

I walked in and demanded a tattoo of a dolphin with some ribbon-text late one night. The friendly staff got me together with an artist who did some amazing work drawing up a mock-up for my approval. While he was very open to suggestions for changes I didn't want to change anything about it, it was exactly what I was picturing.
I received a full-color tattoo that still looks amazing, and it didn't take nearly as long as I was expecting it to. The artist that worked with me was gentle but firm in his handling but also showed no lack of confidence with the process. I never felt uncomfortable and experienced far less pain than I expected.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants ink done. This was my second tattoo and the experience was vastly different where I had my first done.

This place is hands down one of the best Tattoo shops in Austin! Made the mistake of going to a different shop once and will never make that mistake again!! Luckily Sean was able to fix the horrible work done by another place! This shop has a stable of world class artist, seriously just walk in and you will get a great artist. I've had work done by Sean, Vin and Fox, but after Sean worked his magic today, hes my go to from here on out! Clean shop, and they care about what they do, keep up the great work guys!!!

Jeremy (@tattoosbybus on Instagram) has been nothing but incredible throughout the entire process of my tattoo. I couldn't be happier with the tattoo that I got from him and I'm already planning on more sessions later. The pay was fair, the shop was clean, and the other artists were amazing as well.
