Starting as a vision, with owners Sara and Rodney Carrera, to open the hearts of those who where interested in the tattoo art but not sure what it looks like to start the lifetime project. Anomaly was opened to invite the broken stories and help create art in hopes to healthy futures."

I have never felt so respected and appreciated in a tattoo environment like I have today. I worked with Lalo, who took a drawing I had made into the perfect tattoo. The area is clean and beautiful. They have the cutest little goodies like, stickers, prints, sweatshirts etc. My tattoo was priced amazingly and I am just so so happy. Not to mention, I called yesterday and I was able to come in today at 11! I will be recommending this shop to everyone and will definitely be returning.

The atmosphere is super welcoming at the shop and the employees are not intimidating to work with to create the perfect tattoo. Mikie is a phenomenal artist and executes his tattoos better than I could’ve hoped for! Coming to Anomaly was the highlight of my trip! Definitely recommend 🙌🏼

Got a beautiful tattoo yesterday by Raul. He was amazing and made me feel comfortable, he doesn’t have a heavy hand. He finished the tattoo in a timely manner as well and I would definitely book with him again!

If I could give a 0 star I would! I didn't get his name, but called earlier this evening to ask if they were doing the Friday 13th special, the guy on the phone was nice, said yes and to come in to look at the templates. My friend and I go in just to be told by the rude young man at the front that they're "no longer doing the Friday 13th tattoos" after just being told on the phone that they were. He didn't even ask, for all he knew we could've been getting some high dollar tattoos! He was very rude and felt judging. I haven't even used this place, but because of him and the bad vibe, will NOT and won't recommend anyone to go there.

I worked with Doc on a cover up and was very satisfied with the job he did. He was communicative and thoughtful through the process. I don't think he goes by doc because of his bedside manner but hes got it. I plan on going back to him again and have already recommended him to others. The shop was clean, the staff was all helpful and friendly and overall the place was well put together. The vibe was comfortable, inviting and creative.

I can not express enough gratitude for finding Anomaly! Rodney and Mikie are very creative and they know their business. They are some of the most creative and dynamic artists I have ever met. Don't be fooled by their soft easy-going nature!!! With decades of experience, they can help you creatively craft your unique masterpiece. Mikie did my first tattoo illustrated here, and it was virtually painless. He is not heavy handed and he was very accommodating on breaks! Mikie took all of my ideas and spent several meeting with me to draw and finalize my final artistic expression. If I wanted a change, no issue, no fuss.... ( b/c I am very picky and perfectionistic). I would recommend them for any skin art you desire.

Great artists work here! They don't stay open late so get to them early or call ahead!
