Me and my cousin went in to get friendship tattoos and it’s been a week, mine and my cousins tattoo are so out of line, the lines In some places are not even connected, the ink is blotted in places not just my tattoo but my cousins!! Very disappointed!!

I’ve never had a better experience with any tattoo parlor like I do with Electric Sunset. They are always spot on! Misty is wonderful. She does an amazing job, super light handed. Jacob does some amazing work as well! Along with Shay! Everyone is super friendly & very attentive if you feel uncomfortable or anything. HIGHLY Recommend. I’m definitely returning.

I got a lip piercing and an arm sleeve tattoo. For every $15 you spend on a tattoo, you get a free piercing! Big, the shop owner, did my lip and was great! Jacob did my sleeve. He generally does blacks and greys while the other artist, Lee, does color. They are both awesome! I'm very pleased with my sleeve! I have one more visit with him to clean up and lunes and just touch a few things up. Their prices are very affordable and the quality is the best.

We went in for a piercing and had some questions on what we needed because my daughter is under age. The girl in front handling all the customers is extremely rude and unpleasant. When I asked about documentation they would need for my daughter to get her piercing she completely ignored me. When I asked again she gave me the information I asked for, eyeroll included. We left to gather the documents we needed. At this point I'm still considering this shop because she would not be the one doing the piercing. I then called to ask if they had an ATM because of the cash only policy, again nasty little attitude as she told me No. That did it for me. We did not go back for the piercing here. Customer service goes a long way when it's done right. Unfortunately that is not the case here. I wish I could review on the quality of the shops service but 1st impressions are huge.

The owner is amazingly knowledgeable which makes things way more comfortable. The tattoo artist I had was Jacob and his work is awesome. The shop is comfortable and great. The people that are there are friendly and know the business. You will be treated well in this shop. They also have the best prices for for high quality professional tattoos and piercings. I will be going again. This time I got two piercings by Big and a matching tattoos with my sister. I have found my new shop.
