Deep Well Tattoo is one of the best tattoo shops! James is an incredibly talented artist - I cannot say enough good things about what he can do with colors. I am not creative at all but described to him the floral piece I wanted to get in memory of my dad and the final piece turned out even better than anything I could have imagined. James is also a really really nice person!! I don’t live in Austin but I’ve driven 6 hours round trip twice to Deep Well and will gladly make that drive again for future artwork. Absolutely stellar shop, superb people, and meticulously clean!

Got an awesome tattoo from their apprentice, Elaina! She was very kind and VERY knowledgeable. I could hardly believe it was an apprentice tattoo! She took every step to make sure I liked the size, placement, and made sure I was comfortable during the appointment. The shop its self was very clean and had a very comforting environment too!

I loved it here!! I was done by an apprentice and she was so so awesome even for me being just her third on human body to tattoo. The atmosphere was super chill, the lobby and tattoo room were both super clean, and the people that worked there were super chill. I actually drove in 2 hours to come here and it was absolutely worth it.

This is 100% the premier tattoo shop in the Round Rock and Austin area. I have been a long-time (and most definitely also a life-long) client of the owner, James Corgill, and I am constantly impressed by the quality of work I leave his chair with. The shop is clean and professional, and the artists are passionate and talented. James’ tenure in the industry is evident at every point of the process. He is honest about how the art will translate onto your particular canvas, and is very informed about the logistics of sizing, placement, shading/color, and other things of that nature. He has beautiful art style that he specializes in, but the scope of his talent truly knows no bounds. 10/10 - would recommend a million times over.
