He is passionate about his work and his lines and shading are a testament to that. I’ve had many tattoos over the years (two pieces done by James) and he will always be my number one choice. We talked and I told him what I wanted the tattoo to represent without giving him any other parameters. He designed a stunning, powerful, and yet very feminine piece that attracts compliments every day. I was so impressed that I asked him to design something of his choosing. He created a beautiful, meaningful full outer thigh piece that represents my ideology perfectly.
Four years later, my tattoos have retained their vivid color and precision line work. James listened to what I wanted and applied his artistic vision, drafting skills, color theory, and knowledge of human anatomy to create art that I wear with both pride and pleasure. Yogi was my artist at Deep Well and I couldn’t be more happy. First impression of the shop was how clean it was. It made me feel extremely comfortable to walk into somewhere that felt fresh. The decor in the front was absolutely gorgeous as well. Yogi’s room was also stunning with all of the lights and art work on the walls. He made me feel comfortable making small changes to the tattoo I wanted and gave me no attitude. I’ve never been to a place where they lay paper down on the chair like at a doctors office. During this hard time with Covid, I felt extra safe. Once we were set up, he made sure multiple times to ask if I was ok or needed a break. At the end of the day, I couldn’t have asked for a better tattoo. The colors are so vibrant and beautiful. My Umbreon really pops out and I’ve gotten so many compliments from my friends! This piece is definitely my new favorites and I’d recommend Yogi to all of my friends and family. Deep Well is now my go to place! I don’t see myself going anywhere else from now on :) 10/10 cleanliness, creativity, and amazing custom tattoos!
