Loved it! So quick and easy. I wanted a piercing, and kinda just walked in, however they were all really nice, told me to come back at a certain time and someone could help me out. They weren't super invasive which was great, a very clean and professional place. For any other tattoo or piercing I will definitely come back.

JB is the best !!! He’s so kind and considerate and on top of that he is an amazing and talented artist. He goes above and beyond! I can’t wait to go back and I will now recommend him to everyone I meet. The studio is easy to find and super clean but still welcoming. Everyone seemed so nice! JB and Valhalla are a 11/10 :)

I wanted to get a piercing so I tried calling the studio to get make an appointment. I ended up texting the phone number in which I got a very short response that led to not getting any other responses. I reached out the next day, nothing. I decided to try one more time and reached out today (a week later from my second attempt) and asked for the direct contact info for the piercer. Never got a response this time either. Very frustrating that they don’t answer the phone and even more frustrating that they don’t text back even though their voicemail specifically states to text the number. I will be going to someone else where they make their clients a priority.
