Amazing experience. Kat was very pleasant. She did an amazing job with mine and my mom's piercings. This is the second time I've been there and my mom has been there 3 times, so I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be coming back.

This place is what a tattoo shop should be, they are so attentive and give you great customer service! 👍I went in with a friend to get a tragus ear piercing and johnny helped us in a friendly matter he cleaned up and changed gloves after every piercing. They give you a 3 week follow up to make sure its healing properly and not to mention the price was very fair for the type of piercing we got 😊 Thanks guys!!will be going back for sure. 👏

I got my industrial piercing here a few months ago. The piercing has healed nicely and I'm happy about that, but I was displeased with the service. When I walked in two employees were chatting and I think it was unprofessional for me to have to wait for them to finish and finally acknowledge a customer came in. While I was getting it pierced the two continued to gossip and I felt completely secondary to their conversation. I knew what I was getting into with this piercing, but the piercer didn't offer to explain anything and didn't offer reassurance and support like piercers typically do. Overall happy with the work but unhappy with the behavior.
