Let me start off by saying that this is the cleanest, most professional barber establishment that I have ever been to. This place provides next level customer service. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Dominic today. I am from out of town and I had no idea where to go for a good haircut. I am very OCD and picky with my hair and today’s visit blew me away. My fade is tight, even on all sides and this was not a “get in and get out” walk-in type of business. Dominic took his time and I can tell that he wants his cuts to be perfect. Big Chief Barber is the spot. They are polite and it was not just one specific person. The customer service is on point and very genuine. I was offered a beverage multiple times and the conversation was great. I have been to many, and I mean many barbers throughout my life, and this is by far the best experience/cut that I have ever had. The next time that I am in town, I will be coming in and making an appointment with Dominic.

This barbershop is NICE. Clean, loveseats for customers to sit in, adult beverages offered, and all of the barbers can cut. My barber was Dominic. Good conversation, friendly, and a professional with the clippers. Cuts are $30.00 and with a beard trim and razor lining, you're going to pay $50.00 total. So it's not a cheap cut,BUT you will be pleased with the end result.

Went in today got Hospitality a smile kindness and respect a hair cut hot towel shave and beard trim. All exactly as I requested. Shop is clean and has a great atmosphere and Style. Was so happy with the service, I got some ink done buy the very sweet and professional tattoo artist Abby. Tattoo was created on the spot and turnd out exactly as I hoped. Will make this my home Barber from this point on. Thanks Big Chief.

My wife is best friends with the owner Dominic's fiance and recently told me about his Barber Shop so we decided to go and check it out. First, this shop is a very cool cross between the best of the 30s-50s and the last 5yrs modern Barber shop/stylist- clean, hip, sharp, the best looking shop I have seen, ever. I went in for a clean, tight fade and AJ/Rich hooked me with one and a shave. I had not been to get my hair done since March and this was well worth the wait. Then he stayed late to make sure that my wife's cut and layers were perfect 👌. Professional, courteous, talented... We have DEFINITELY found our new home for a great cut and style. They even sell gear/swag of their cool logo, but was out this time. Looking forward to getting one of the gray BIG CHIEF BARBER & TATTOO SHOP headdress t-shirts and using it to promote this Amazing place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Set an appointment, only to get told I didn’t set one. Then decided to wait, just to get told I have to wait up to 2 hours. Ain’t worth my time here.

Got Hair cut today, Marty, did a great job, very detailed, very clean place, great atmosphere, hot towel was the best!!!, very reasonable prices. Go see Marty and the guys

I set an appointment a month ago to get some ink done. Let’s just say, I wished I lived closer! (I’m 4 hours away) Experience was on point to a T. The staff was friendly and very professional. Dom was well organized, area was super clean, his hand, light as a feather. He is very detailed oriented in his work. If you haven’t been by to see him, better book something now! Dude is Fire! I've been to many barber shops across the U.S. and must say, this place tops every single one. The atmosphere is so chill, the owner and his wife are amazing, very engaged in customer service. My guy is in the military and they offer a military discount, plus the owner Dominic did a phenomenal fade. I strongly recommend anyone and everyone coming here, distance should be no issue with costumer service and 100% guarantee satisfaction! Anything you want, they can do! They even do women's cuts! We've been here twice since they opened a couple weeks ago, will be coming regularly.

I was looking for a new barbershop so Big Chief to get a quote and set up appointment, the staff on the phone said, "no appointment, just walk-ins", so I drove from Spring Branch just for one of the staff to ASK IF I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, which I didn't since I wasn't given that option over the phone. The staff then told me that out of three barbers, one has two people ahead of me and the other two are going to lunch and I can come back in 1.5 hours. If I was given an option to said up an appointment as I had asked over the phone, I wouldn't have driven their such an inconvenient time. Not coming back, and will not recommend. Disappointed in their customer service.

Absolutely the best barber shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot! These guys are doing it right. They take their time and pay attention to detail. I got a beard trim and haircut from Ivan and couldn’t have been happier. I could tell everyone that works there enjoyed and took pride in their work. Highly recommended!
