What a major waste of my time. Drive 2 hours to be told I have to be on the property after signing up, because they won’t text updates. So 6 hours later they’ve still not taken my paperwork, told me I was after someone named Amber then they skipped me and gave paperwork to someone else. If you know it’s going to be 6 hours+, let people leave and come back. I could’ve had lunch and dinner but only got ignored, lied to, skipped, and now I’m leaving with no tattoo for my 2 hour drive home. Their operations, time management, and customer service skills suck!

I’ve never left a bad review anywhere before and hate complaining about service but i would absolutely not come here again. waited in line for around fourteen hours on friday the 13th, finally got my tattoo and was thinking it didn’t look quite right but i was too exhausted to point anything out, it’s the next day and i look at the picture of the stencil i picked again and i realized the artist didn’t even use the stencil when doing the faces of the skulls?? it looks nothing like how it was supposed to and is on my body forever now. I understand mistakes can happen but after waiting from 10 AM to 1 AM i was hoping for a tattoo that at least looked like the stencil. i’m not sure how this even got messed up this badly.

I came here Friday the 13th to do there special and though they weren’t taking anymore clients that day they did set up something to where clients can make appointments on a later date and still get the great deals. I scheduled my appointment a few weeks out and let me tell you I have never been more comfortable and welcome at any tattoo shop! The owners are very nice and it is women operated! They are so safe, sweet , and caring and they make sure you are well taken care of. I was so relaxed that I even started to doze off during my session with Dulce. If you’re wanting to get a tattoo this is your place especially for my ladies. I definitely will be back!

Went in to get a Friday the 13th Flash, and although the wait was long, they were very quick to offer a rain check appointment which I had on June 1st. My experience was top notch, and I had such a great time with Zanda who did my 2 tattoos. I felt completely comfortable, listened to, and left extremely satisfied. I will for sure be back!

First timer at this shop and my sister and I had a great experience here! The gals were so lovely , so sweet and understanding! It was a very clean and relaxing environment. I got simple line work done for my friday the 13th tattoo but she killed it. I love the fact that it is a female owned shop I personally felt more comfortable. I'll definitely be back to get more work done. I highly recommend anyone to come and check them out. I overall had a really great experience here.
