By far this has been the best tattoo and tattoo shop I have been to. Robert was prepared and already had a stencil ready. I have done consultations before and have shown up with nothing prepared once it came down to my appointment, so I was thankful for that. Shop is clean! He takes the time to listen to what you want and goes that extra mile to ensure placement is perfect. Definitely will be back again!

only put 5 stars so this comments can show!!!, DO NOT go to Reuben, he is lazy and unprofessional, dude got mad cause I was unsatisfied with the placement of the tattoo before we even started!!! , he voiced his option about the shape and style of it and I simply respectfully voiced we should try it a different way, he was rude and rushing me the second I walked in, energy was off, others just sat around while he had no professionalism. I gave him no reason to behave that way for I was reasonable and gave him respect like an actual adult human being.

By far the best shop in San Antonio. I have been going here for years. Robert the owner is one of best tattoo artist in the city….maybe even the state. He has done 4 of my tattoos. 3 of the 4 were big and took a couple sits. All of his tattoos are my favorite and I get so many compliments.

The shop is super clean. I feel safe there. I have been to other shops in town (not naming them) where I couldn’t wait to be done with my tattoo so I could leave immediately. Not here. Robert and the other guys there are funny and sweet. Robert goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable the whole time you are being tattooed. Top notch service. I won’t go anywhere else.

This is a great place to get your next tattoo. I felt lucky to have such a great tattoo shop right there in my own neighborhood.
Dylan was very professional and did great work on my arm. All the staff who were there were super friendly and funny. I had a nice time talking Russian history and skateboarding while i waited. This place has a fun atmosphere, but is also very sanitary and well maintained. I highly recommend it to anyone

In a class all their own. Robert is the king of traditional, and is true artist, unlike a lot of "flash off the wall only" shops. Hand drawn tattoos that are 100% worth the wait to get in his chair.

Beautiful shop and super cool artists. Ryan, Dylan, Mike, and Robert are all awesome. I definitely like this shop the most compared to others in San Antonio I’ve been to.

Had my session with Dylan. I gave him an idea and picture/example. He took it and made it work. He captured what I was looking for. I love the feel of the shop and the other artist made me feel comfortable while I waited to start my tattoo. The session went by quick due to the epic vibe that I got from Dylan. Will definitely be back for more artwork to be done!

These guys are the definition of professional. I was recommended to Fortune Brothers by a friend, and I stopped in to discuss the possibility of getting my first tattoo. The shop was clean, well organized, and each member of the staff was genuinely friendly and attentive as soon as I walked in the door. I immediately felt comfortable as a new-comer to the world of tattoo art, largely due to the enthusiastic reception I received on both days that I was there. Artist Michael G. asked me what I was interested in, and when I told him, he immediately began sketching it out with all of my design elements and his own style. I actively watched him sketch and mold ideas and artwork elements until we came up with what I thought was the perfect representation of the design I wanted. He kept me very involved, and really let me influence his artwork. I sat down and got it outlined and colored in about three hours. The work was amazing. The color, shading, and detailing was far better than I imagined. As soon as we finished, I booked an appointment for the next day to get my next piece done. Again, as soon as I got there, Michael tediously developed a perfect image of what I wanted, with his own style added to it. The results were nothing short of spectacular. I literally have a masterpiece on each of my arms, and I cannot decide which is better. The prices were beyond fair, and I will be getting all of my work done here in the future.

What an experience! Super clean shop, with a great vibe. The art on the walls is super interesting. Dylan was absolutely fantastic. An excellent artist, and incredibly professional and thorough. Took a fair amount of time to prep and work on my design, which I liked. His lines are super clean and very precise. Thanks Dylan! Glad I got my first tattoo done here!
