Got my biggest tattoo done here a half sleeve with my guy Axel. Can’t stop looking at from how good this is! The vibe the whole time in the shop was amazing as well makes you even forget the tattoo is happening. Axel even squeezed my girlfriend in last second and her tattoo turned out amazing! The artists and management are amazing. If you are unsure of exactly what you want but can see it in your own head they will help you create something that is perfect. All of my friends in New Braunfels recommended them and said they really felt the individual attention from the artists, which is important when deciding something so important and permanent.

Waited for almost 3 1/2 hours and talked to 3 different artist about a tattoo that’s one branch of lavender and one branch of sage. One dude literally said “it would take me like an hour to come up with it and my brain just doesn’t work that fast”..... I’m sorry what ? The whole point of coming was a gift to me from my wife she was just getting something for fun because I was the one going to get work done. The same artist who’s brain doesn’t work that fast said he would be right back. After denying at least 6 tattoo ideas I had, said “give me something to work with. Something simple I can do in the amount of time we have.” I pick something. He walks by and says I’m going to clean up and get ready I’ll be right back. Dude never came back. I just literally left at this point. The customer service was a literal joke. If you want a certain thing or want something designed I don’t suggest coming here, because many “stipulations” come with your design. So disappointed.
