My artists' name was CHOP. He was absolutely amazing, touched up my tattoo and added more detail with finer, thicker lines. So worth the money! He can really handle any style, my tattoo involved watercolor and another was a beautiful executed portrait. A well rounded professional who is confident in his work. Absolutely beautiful pieces of art work.. The place is very clean and sanitized.

I came in last week last minute because I wasn’t able to get to my regular piercer in time and all I need done was a quick septum jewelry change. The woman inside brought me into the back to sit down. First off as soon as she went to remove my current jewelry she was very heavy handed and leaning weight/pulling at the same time she was unscrewing the ball and it was extremely uncomfortable. Yes, my piercing was fairly recent (a little less than a month old) but it was not tender or sore at all and I’d had a perfectly smooth healing process which was why I wanted to change my ring out finally. Once she removed the old jewelry she went to put in the new ring I’d brought in, but she was obviously not looking where she was aiming and went in at the wrong angle and I expressed it was hurting. Instead of checking and gently aligning it correctly, she applied more pressure and continued pushing it through and I could tell it was stabbing the inside of my piercing instead of going through the right way. It was intensely sharp but I held still anyway and eventually she got it in. After that she had to click it shut and once again was tugging at the same time so it hurt even more. By the time it was done I had tears coming out of my eyes. Everyone who know me knows my pain tolerance is very high. I’ve had my nose pierced four times, both n**ples done, and a hip tattoo. Yet getting a simple septum jewelry change hurt worse. It’s been a few days since and I’m still trying to get my septum back to healing as well as it was before I came into the shop. I now had a small keloid formed on the side she pushed it through on and it’s extra tender like I just had it pierced all over again. Needless to say I’m frustrated with my experience. Hoped it was just a bad day but I regret coming in.

I apologize! I didn’t realize the name on the Cashapp she supplied wasn’t her name. I edited it out of my review. I went to the Fredericksburg location in the evening on April 28th. I didn’t get the name of the piercer who I saw that day. I’m not able to reply to you so hopefully you see this.

Amber made it real easy and took it step by step with me and if I had any other questions she wouldn’t have any problem answering overall my experience was amazing and I love my septum.
