My sister/friend and I went to get piercings this past Friday. Crystal was our piercer. She was VERY informative and nice…very down to earth, and made us feel comfortable and at ease.I was nervous about getting pierced at first. I don’t know how she does it, but she makes the piercings almost painless. I recommend her for all piercings. Also, the receptionist, Nancy, was a sweetheart as well. She was very patient and helpful. She was very welcoming when we came in. I will definitely be going back for ALL my future piercings!

Crystal was our piercer. She did a fantastic job making sure my friend and I left there with straight septum piercings. She asked if she could try a different method with us and I'm satisfied with my results. Very clean place, professional staff, I plan to visit again in the future for another piercing.
We accidentally booked at the wrong location and they were very accommodating and took us in at Northstar. 10/10

The wait was kind of long, because there were alot of people, and I understand why! The dude who pierced me, did so in under 2 minutes, gave me all the aftercare info I need, and had me out real quick, 100% reccomend!

Omg so happy ! Came in for consultation with Crystal I did end up leaving with a piercing. She really knows her stuff , she was patient with me when I asked so many questions. Crystal took the time to really look at my ear for the piercing & map out how she was going to position the jewelry. She went the extra mile to oxidize my jewelry so it matched the my current piercing stack. The amount of detail & customer service. Will be back to let her replace my jewelry once it heals. Crystal is top notch. Only ask for her if you come to platinum. All the staff were chill & personable. Best experience! 🙂

It’s so refreshing to find a business that goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and this place truly does. From the way the receptionist (I’m sorry I forgot her name) went above and beyond to be sure I got the right jewelry for me to Crystal who had very calming energy and made the experience super painless and chill.
